If in fact Management holds to it's acknowledgement regarding filing before the end of this month, then I presume ACAS would be in the Blackout Period right now. Would that be correct?
Other than stock buybacks, where is all the net revenues from these asset sales feeding into? The Asset Management spin off company or the BDC spin off company?
I went on record saying that the sell-off in RSO had something to do with the uncertainty of a Fed Hike. Now we are basically back at the pre-selloff point.

This isn't a criticism of Management but this Affordable Care sale for 800 million hasn't spurred buying in either the after or pre trading market. Wouldn't you think it would?

Should be an announcement of the SEC Filing of Spin Off Plan any day now. As NMB says, they could be in a black-out period now.
Did Cohen specifically state in the CC that the dividend will remain at .64 for Q3? Otherwise how could it be the basis of a lawsuit if it's less? Also, I don't get where there was shareholder deception on the PR Charge Management took.
