Wish I knew, but you can look at it this way. Management says it expects to buyback between $300-$600 million of shares before the actual Spin-0ff. But I would expect 2 to 3 Qtrs. based on buyback amounts based on passed monies allocated for buybacks. But maybe they have a lot more dollars available now which would expedite the process.
Glad they finally came through on earnings. Should see a bounce in AH. I see they repurchased the 6.5 million shares, but wondering if any of those 40 million or so in stock options have been exercised?
He said company directors and executives are going to be buying shares where they were restricted from doing so. Let's see if that goes anywhere.

That's the way to go unless you believe RSO is eventually going belly up. Management will have to reduce the Dividend. If not now, then the following quarter. And that will be a killer following the Split.
