Would like to know how you come up with predicting a $5 dividend? They're not even doing $70 million in NOI quarter. They would need to do more than 3 times the current NOI quarterly with 175 million shares outstanding to come up with $5 annually in dividends. Get real!
Unfortunately it appears that the Market is focused more on Earnings Growth and Net Operating Income than NAV and Buybacks. The NAV will insure that the SP stays above a certain level though. That's why a few months ago when the SP went under $12 it bounced back above $13 pretty quickly. If they paid a cash dividend tomorrow this stock would be close or over NAV. And the prospects of a cash dividend are well off in the horizon unless management does a reorganization in the interim that provides an outlet for a cash dividend to shareholders.
Actually I thought you shoved all those shares up your a@@ and; took a picture with your smart phone; and tweeted it to Anthony Weiner.
Seen this pattern play out before.
So BV is rising. And that's why they were forced to cut the dividend again. This time by 28.5%, a whopping 50% from a year ago. And that's why the SP has sold off 42% from a year ago. Tell us another fairy tale.
The CEO of AGNC and MTGE recently invested over a half a million each of his own money in each of his reits. That's a fact. You can check the Form 4 disclosures online. Zimmer won't be doing anything of the sort. He's too busy taking in those management fees.
ARR Did Not Tank? Really
Down 42% from February when it was trading above $7
Dividend drop of 50% from 1 year ago, September 2012
Just a few bumps in the road.
Do they even hold an open shareholders meeting. Zimmer avoids do Earnings Conference Calls. I would guess he would be too embarrassed to explain to analysts and brokers the precipitous drop in both SP and Dividends over the past 12 months.
Well Kain put his money where his mouth is. Over 1/2 million into AGNC at $22.43 SP. I guess he see's this thing turning around. BTW he also laid down another 1/2 million in MTGE.
