Hope your right but I doubt it. European partners would help pay cost for European approvals, marketing, distribution, etc. Europe will have its own requirements for approval and could be tougher than U.S. In the best case it won't be cheap. True, some third world countries may not have any to little approval process but they are also too poor to buy much.
They will need to raise considerable funds for U.S. use. I would not count on small dilution. You are setting yourself up for a big disappointment.
Short term animal testing is a lifesaver for this company. My fear was long term human testing would be required. They can find the money for this and by the end of the year or soon after get approval. Big plus to finally know exactly what they have to do for approval. These things take time. I will also be adding as soon as jackasses on ihub are finished selling.
You could circle the globe with all the paper this CEO has dumped without ever producing anything.
