In fact, short it! LOCM is the perfect HFT short. Love it!

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • ... but I don't know if I can keep it going down any longer! Looks like the turd (tide) may have turned! -Heath
But seriosly, something is up, Local Corporation is getting an awful lot of exposure and shows up first page of google searches for local stuff, wow what a difference a few years have made. I am not so sure about betting against it! Perhaps another wash out, not sure! my nemesis has one thing right, and that is short interest has declined significantly. all bets are off (or on!) Long positions are being taken! Get ready!

    Sentiment: Buy

  • After they drain the life from all investors, you can see why they don't bother with any communication whatsoever. Typical from these jerkoffs. Glad I shorted this pig and will continue to short it as it gets delisted! See y'all under a dolla. Ka-bank!

Big negative cycle: earnings disaster reports, stock falls. flimflam directors explain away the miss, promising next time will be better. earnings disaster, stock drops, management lies about their actions and gets creative with their accounting methods, promises themiss isn't their fault and they need more time. earnings disaster. stock drops. directors say they work hard and try to justify outrageous salaries and bonuses and stock options. say they need more time again. earnigs disaster. stock drops. refinance. dilution. need more time. earnings disaster. sell off parts of the company for pennies on the dollar. false promises, need more time... more undeserved stock options and huge bonuses. mounting debts. earnings disaster. stock drops out. .... get the picture? This company is so f' cked, but not as much as the shareholders. Sorry if you are one. Get ready for anything except a rising shareprice. Management institutions and shareholders sell into every price spike before it drops to the next level down. Headed for delisting and or major dilution, which will kill and erase any value left in this POS. Management knows best. -Heath

Never trust this company. Manipulated from the get go! They knew it could never fly and never will. So, they have taken all they can including no prisoners along the way. Reckoning day is here and it's time to file for bankruptcy soon. That's all this company knows is how to fool, fake, flimflam and feed BS to anyone they can rope in to their corral of pigchit. Shareholders ALWAYS take the fall for these pigs. It's a cyclical pattern that cannot change. See you under a dolla soon.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Unimpressive "missed the boat" company, dismal earnings, strangling debt and a fraudulent set of clowns running the show are just the tip of the iceberg. Good volume today of losers buying and selling. What else is new.

People were right about me. I flubbed up my whole pump strategy a long time ago when some smarter individuals came along and wasted me. When will the indictments come down for clarke and sawtelle and the other little ball licking monkeys? Just curious, cause I heard it's soon. Class action suit, too? It'd be well deserved if they got that handed to them. I have got to lie down, I feel sloshy and top-heavy.

You tell people the same story year after year but nothing you say ever comes close to becoming reality. On the contrary, you must be a shortseller who sits here pumping and pumping while the stock keeps gpoing dwon in price, for years. In other words, you work for this crooked management. You belong with all the jailroom blowboys.

Not a chance, Byron. This company is doomed. It is too late to expect anything else than dilutive greedy practices from this management- they have no choice. It is beyond the point of no return. They can't refinance so they are left with diluting- their option is to do a dilutive rollback to do a smoke and mirrors shareprice increase (at the shareholders expense, of course). They missed their chance years ago, Byron. Get it through your head. Sawtelle running (ruining) the show is a clear message- investors are screwed (as usual). He has a perfect history of having a schlepp touch which ruins everything he touches. He is a shady individual with no idea how to increase shareholder value, worse than Heath. He knows how to draw a huge salary while milking companies dry, at shareholders expense, of course.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • With Sawtelle replacing Heathm (?? are you kidding?), is out of the frying pan and into the fire for investors. Sawtelle is much worse than Heath- he has a track record of failing miserably in all his shady endeavors. Very poor choice, as usual. This flim-flam company makes nothing but poor decisions and investors have ALWAYS taken the brunt of those bad desisions, and that will NEVER change. Shareholders are this management's lifeblood, yet they have never done anything to benefit them. On the contrary, they have done everything to screw the shareholder, through countless dilutive actions including giving themselves millions of shares whenever they feel like it (which they sell into the market as soon as they can fully knowing the share price is going down), shady financings and ridiculous purchases that always lose money. It is no wonder at all that the market has spoken a true reflection of this company with a shareprice that has continued to fall for so many years, and now is entering penny stock status. This company missed their chance long a go to be a competitor in this market- some companies make it, others don't. You can blame the management team and its selfishly poor decisions that have benefited only them through the years. Good old greed ruined this company- they were shortsighted and forgot about their investors every step of the way and now they will try to get every cent as they slip into delisting status.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

    about what?

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • bagholders chewing on them like used bubblegum. that's funny!

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • even more as this management will do all it can to pay themselves very well at the total expense of shareholders. They have no choice now but to continue shady accounting and dilutive prctices which do nothing to help shareholders. The pumpers on this message board work for the management and also for the institutional investors who are under water in their LOCM investments. This is the same old sad story that has caused this company to be in the failed position it is in. An unscrupulous management that will do whatever it takes to keep themselves rich while have no regard whatsoever for adding shareholder value. In fact, the bad choices in personnel and the bad business decisions have all equalled a share price that continues to plummet. A new CEO will be left with no choice but to dilute and bail themselves out using more bad business tactics including a rollback that will kill the shareholders once and for all. Expect much more pain for longs. The transition of Heath is opening a can of worms into their accounting and certain inquiring agencies are curious now.. Anyhow, some companies make it, others don't. Local Corporation didn't make it. They lost their chance to get in the top tier, thanks to a very greedy inept management who failed to integrate their technologies well enough. They have been taken over by the monsters of the industry incuding yelp yahoo, google, go down the list. Every other company is doing fine except this one. LOCM is now official junk status with more demise on the way. The entire mamangement needs to go, not just Heath. A new ceo will be forced to do a rollback stripping large amounts of share value further away from investors, The market knows this stock pretty well, so do I. It is where it is for a very valid reason. Nobody wanbts a company or its stock who engage in such shady underhanded practices as this one does. Expect more pain and misery. Do your research, it's all bad and it's all true. Avoid faIled companies that wont change
