Does not make sense. Spend all this time, energy, and reams of documents to THEN tell the parties to work it out on their own ? Makes no sense whatsoever.
ALL In. Nothing really has changed with the fundamentals of the companies and the criminality of the Govt. The crash was due to a weak Judge that flipped as soon as Obama's Team told him to.
We are both tired of it all - the daily $2,000 to $3,000 losses. Surprisingly - in the end she said "let's just tough it out". I reminded her that this is driving me nuts. She replied that mentally - I should just assume the money is GONE and stop looking at the ticker every 5 minutes.
Every day I login and watch the huge negative number in RED. It never EVER fails to go down, down, down. There is no way I can feel good about this having lost so many thousands. I keep grasping on to this idea that we live in a Country of Laws. Yet time and time again I see that the Govt is 99% criminals - and they have us in a vice. They hold the Money and the Power - and the Banks are just waiting for FnF's Billions to ne managed by them.
Will it now meander down again ? The last 30 days have been brutal.
I held - from $4.70 down to $3.31 then was delighted to see the small recovery yesterday - but as usual there was no news. Just an unexplained, quick rise. So I am expecting that if no news appears - the stock will slowly go down since it has always done that on no news. I estimate $3 for a No News bottom.
I wish I knew more. Especially why Berkowitz put in that rather odd delay of Discovery.
What is he thinking ? Has to be some benefit - if only we knew what it is.
The effect of those WSJ articles was immediate - even if they won't last.
Still - is is nice to see the WSJ post up the article from Epstein rebutting the idiocy of Carney.
It is so obvious. They all know the illegality of the sweeps. They all will profit if the Big Banks get control (under the Table). So they desperately try to shut down two viable, profitable companies. You may wonder "why the Congressmen ? They did not do the 2012 3rd Amendment ?" No they did not - but their odd, weird support for winding down FnF has to have a basis and that basis is MONEY.
I commend you for being real and honest. Surprisingly - if you don't watch your money evaporate and instead take it out to stop losing money . . . you are ruthlessly tarred and feathered. And that ain't right.
Why doesn't he grow a pair and do what's right ?
His entire career is supposed to be based on making "tough decisions".
Sheesh - he reminds me of "Fredo" (the Godfather wimp).
I hope Lamberth and Sweeney are both very STRONG individuals. Because if I were somehow able to make the obvious ruling on this case - and STOP the Sweeps . . I would probably end up in the Hudson Bay swimmin' with the fishes. I am NOT joking either !!
I have never seen such a Slam-Dunk case in my life. In fact, it is so slam-dunk that I cannot believe the Govt is even going through the motions. Then I realize their goal is to delay, delay, delay and keep that $8 billion spigot wide open. They know they cannot "win" - so may as well continue to steal.
Scared Judges - Obama putting maximum pressure on them - they just do not have the Balls to oppose him. The Feds just quietly pocket the $8 billion every quarter and delay, delay, delay in Court.
