Very obvious play
Just buy Apple.
Amazing people put money into this company.
Very interesting. Save $10 on shipping but pay $10,000,000 in a lawsuit when little Bobby gets blinded by a delivery drone blade.
nope, stock is too cheap now to even mess with options...stock is an option with no expiration at $2.60 ish.
Screw it, I will take the tax loss on the options next year. Just picked up 2000 more shares at fire sale $2.63 :-p
It doesn't get any more easy investment than SSRI
Grabbing some popcorn because your numbers are so far off I will be amused to watch Ultra's response.
I don't really see the problem. The stock has a price target of $0.50, so Perron looks like a fool for taking options at $2.87.
Unless there is a chance the analyst with the $0.50 target was the fool....
SSRI today was up about $18,000,000 today in market cap while the 18% stake it holds in PVG increased in value by over $41,000,000. That is a pretty huge difference even accounting for the price of silver. Perhaps this discount price won't last long but it looks like a steal right now.
Well, to explain, PVG was up some $230,000,000 in market cap today. 18% of that would be $41,000,000.
The market cap of SSRI is $475,000,000. Since it's stake in PVG just jumped $41,000,000, the market cap of SSRI should be closer to $500,000,000 now (adjusting for the fact that it was up a little bit and silver was down). So just based on PVG action, SSRI is trading at only 95% of what it should be.
Buying either SSRI or PVG should net you some profits.
Nice play Ultra!
The reason I took up position in SSRI was the ownership of PVG and the seemingly non-existent jump in the share price compared to PVG, even though SSRI market cap is now actually less than PVG. SSRI also holds over 400m in cash with a 475m market cap. As long as they don't pull a "Kevin", they should at least be protected from a huge downside.
My hope is a return to $7 or so and I will make a quick $2000, which I will promptly pump back into TC and probably lose :-) I love TC for some reason.
Just 2000 shares at $5.84
They own 18% of PVG which is up 80% today after finding over half an ounce of gold per ton from a ~8000 ton sample.
Worth a shot anyway...
10,000 acres....has to be worth something. Maybe set up a U-pan U-keep theme park with some cabins for the summer...charge a $10 entry fee. If the share price drops a bit more, they wouldn't need many people to have an impressive PE.
