Many no longer do because I think they've all suspended or eliminated dividends. NE just paid out one on July 31st but that could have been their last.
No dividends paid yet in 2015. Doubt we'll see any for quite some time.

Sometimes companies will waive late fees IF you've been a timely payer for a long time. If you're a new customer, I guess you learned an expensive lesson.
Why didn't you simply call customer service and very politely ask for a one time waiver of the late fee? Under your circumstance of only owing 1 cent, I'm sure it would have been waived!
Yahoo Finance still shows SDRL paying a 4% dividend! I used to rely on this site for accurate information--no more!
