Your math doesn't add up. It looks like Q had growth of 9.0%, more than B [(6,715 - 6,163) / 6,163].

I know you wish it would go back down below 13 for you to cover your short, but it's not going to happen. The earnings, outlook, and results of the internal investigation are all very positive, and you're lucky to have a chance to cover at 14.50.
He's obviously not concerned about the future of HERO, which is why he bought more. You're right, he bought for only one reason, he thought he would make more.
Just go to the Yahoo Summary page for HERO & click on the link for Insider Transactions on the left. Hopefully, the insider buy and the conference tomorrow will have a positive effect, but I sympathize with Mike's frustration that the stock is still declining after the good earnings news. I also agree with others who believe we are at or near the bottom, and should start moving up soon, if not tomorrow.
Maybe in your dream world. You've been reporting a possible buyout in three posts since the 20th, by nonexistent analysts Reynolds, Seiswire and frbs. You wouldn't be trying to manipulate the poor, ignorant readers of this message board, would you?
The $1.1 million in kickbacks could actually be a positive going forward because the vendors will no longer have to make those payments to the brother-in-law and should be able to reduce their prices as a result. Prices from the vendors were probably inflated to make the kickbacks.
And why would the price go to 0 when the independent audit and investigation confirmed that the business plan is sound and the company is financially solid?
I bought more as well at 13, and don't know why the price is down. It seems the news is good that past earnings were legitimate and the future looks good. The uncertainty over the earnings was the main reason the price was down, so why are people selling? It seems their investigation was independent and thorough, and they have instituted good controls to ensure this doesn't happen again. To me, that's all reason to buy, not sell.
Who is Reynolds and when did he say it?
The CC will be one week earlier this year, on Jan. 22nd. That's a good sign. Also, the price is 57% lower than before the CC last January, and near an all-time low, so the upside possibility is much greater than the risk of a big drop.
