    from s&p 100...not a big deal....
S&P 500 constituents Celgene Corp. (NASDAQ: CELG), Kinder Morgan Inc. (NYSE: KMI) and Actavis plc (NYSE: ACT) will replace S&P 500 constituents Freeport-McMoRan Inc. (NYSE: FCX), National Oilwell Varco Inc. (NYSE: NOV) and Apache Corp. (NYSE: APA) in the S&P 100 after the close of trading on Friday, March 20. All companies being removed from the S&P 100 will remain in the S&P 500. All companies being added to the S&P 100 are more representative of the U.S. mega-cap equity space.
