Taking the number as the wildman of wall street Jimmy C takes them a company's stock is worth 15 times their earnings per share. At 1.24 for nnbr we find that multiple getting the stock at 18.60,
Now run your own numbers of a PE under 8 and a PEG well under 1 and what do you have? How can this not be a buy even at this price?????

Someone who was at the meeting or their rep heard something that they really liked! This really could get interesting now.
Sentiment: Buy
Tight - This guy looks a solid as they come. Your are right it is great news.
Excellent! Could not be better news
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Read transcript of the call and all is well. The company is is really good hands and the team will have named a new CEO in the next two weeks after a year of looking. Nice to have this long to transition and that it has been done in the open. Europe is the only soft spot the rest looks okay to great. Talk of dividend, buying another company and further reduction of debt. All good.
Sentiment: Buy
Those who hold this are about to be declared major winners. I being one and glad to see this increase in the Dividend.
Cool! Really Cool!!!
Sentiment: Buy
That would be my expectation as well. The numbers are okay, but soft/weak. Need to hear the call.
I agree but the first release of the information on the quarter is mixed. CC might be interesting, might not.
Tight - to tell you the truth this is very over due to pass ten and continue. Too good a company and solid. Winner!
I could not agree more. New CEO is factored in and profits are on the way up again. Good new sill yield nice rise.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Write this down NN holds the annual meeting on May 16, 2013. At that meeting there will be an announcement of action by the board. They will have determined that for those who hold this stock it is Christmas. They will give us a gift of a dividend and possibly a stock buyback program.
The stock is down right now because they announced last year the CEO is leaving. It will be up considerably when the announcements of 5/16 iwll be done.
Soon after the meeting we will be well to the north of 10 and rising.
Those who sold cheap will regret their actions.

I looking at the ppf for the past week I am amazed. The earnings per share was what? $1.42 and the market trades on a multiple of 12 - 15. That means that the pps should be between 15 and 20 dollars per share. With a dividend even more. The only reason for this trading at this pps is due to the new CEO not being named yet. If you put in a decent CEO reinstitute the dividend and start even a minimal buy back this will rocket from 9 to well over current expectations. And to the scepticswho think not, let me say this - Look at HWCC and compare the numbers. Look at product, EPS, shares outstanding, and the dividend. NNBR has no real reason to be at this pps at this time. It should be over 10 heading towards 13. All IMHO

First they said "With respect to shareholder value actions in 2013 and ongoing discussion at the board level includes a possible reinstatement of our dividend, the amount of which and timing is yet to be determined. "
Then they said "We favor a dividend in the immediate future versus a share buyback but would not rule out both moving forward."
If they reinstate the dividend we will go back up to the traditional 10.5 to 11 a share. they might pay down the debt slower, but they will have much happier investors.
MERRY CHRISTMAS IS ON THE WAY!!!!

Right now I am in much the same position as you. I have a small adventure stock with a few dollars in it, am trading an oil stock and hold the rest in very solid companies and utilities. It has not been a plan todo this, but over the past couple of years I have gotten there anyway. I do not feel it is a bad place to be.
