EMC is falling. Is it due to the pressure they are felling from CSCO, HPQ, and MSFT?

Whenever utilizing a so-called technical approach, extraneous variable(s) can come into play which impact an outcome(s). This is more of an issue pertaining to validity, rather than reliability.

What is your semantical interpretation of "unreliable" in relation to stock trading? What constitutes "overbought" in your opinion, as opposed to "underbought"?

I don't have a single mREIT at this time. I'm reluctant to jump in, due to what has occurred. However, WMC does look somewhat inviting to me. That having been said, I'm still inclined to wait a bit longer.

WMC has pulled back over 8% thus far today with over three million shares having traded.

DIS has been advancing nicely. The company has a lot of things going well for it right now. S&P just raised it target price on the stock. Although, some may view it as too pricey right now.

Already it is up almost 1% as the DJ-30 and S&P 500 are only slightly better than flat.
