FIO Atomic vs Intel PCI SSD P3700

IOPS, Capacity and other specs look the same to me or closely similar. How can you tell the difference. Sorry for my ignorance but new tothe space.. What differentiates the Fusion product from other PCI from Intel as well as others..

  • Clinton might actually have a chance at firing CEO and winning vote..

    From June 6 proxy Filing

On June 6, 2014, the following email was sent by a member of the board of directors of XenoPort, Inc. to representatives of Orbimed Advisors LLC (a XenoPort stockholder) pertaining to certain proxy matters up for vote at XenoPort’s annual meeting scheduled for June 11, 2014:

Hi Sam, its been a while since my isoganin “is-a-goner” days when you and I had many interesting interactions I trust you are well. This note is to petition Orbimed to vote their shares for XENO mgmt. Our share price is up 30% from recent lows and I can attest that the strategy going forward of a combination of a marketed product generating increasing revenue each quarter plus a very promising clinical program in a large market opportunity bodes well for investors. by creating a much derisked plan going forward. My recent VIVUS experience with Sam Colon showed me again that changing horses doesn’t automatically guarantee a better outcome but it sure does turn things on their head which by itself is incredibly disruptive. I ask that you give Ron and his team the opportunity to execute their strategy. I much prefer that vs. turning the Company into a one-trick pony as suggested by the Clinton group.

    As always,

  • This is just a guess, but Investment Bankers will be making calls to NMBL to use their overpriced currency stock to buy FIO in a stock for stock transaction. This will increase their sales from $200 to $500-$600m. Street will like deal and both stocks will trade higher w FIO going to $15+... Add some cost synergies and we are done... As Carl Icahn says, this is "NO BRAIN ER"... NMBL can't compete without such a deal going forward.

Doesn't this make sense when every article on the street is claiming that SNDK is stealing the company....

NMBL - Will come in with a stock offer for $14.00

How are they in no position? They have the currency. (Overpriced stock at 10X Price to Sales...)... Some overlap but also some areas where they have no products. Deal will be cheered by Wall Street and both stocks go higher.. Any deal will be accretive to them...They can pay $16 and their revenues will likely be over $750m in one year combined... FIO management will likely be canned but who cares. I want north of $14 at a minimum....We were at $12+ in march for gods sake...Now we are going into our 3rd generation product cycle and we sell before the big launch...

NIMBLE is a guess on my part but INTEL, SEAGATE and MICRON are also logical acquirers

  • NEW CEO will flush stock by missing next quarter big... Stock will get pummeled for next 3 months as tax loss selling brings this possibly as low as $2.00. I don't think this will happen, but if markets sell off on a panic move, it could happen... I think a PE buyer would take this out at $7.50 right now...they would turn it around and sell it later or IPO it again under a real SAAS company not this BPO $7.50, about $600m or so is reasonable once you back out out the net cash.....

ALTAI CAPITAL not Adage. That's another problematic investment

  • PE buyers is the only thing that makes sense....... NEW CEO will burn more cash for 12 months.....

    Sentiment: Hold

  • lns4368 by lns4368 Aug 26, 2014 3:33 PM Flag

Will be sold to PE firm

  • I expect it will be a filing tomorrow showing an increase in his stake .....

  • Same thing that happened to Fusion IO will happen to them, it's all BS. They say they tripled their market. So what, they are coming into a market with already entrenched competitors. NMBL products are 20% cheaper you say? So what, entrenched players will discount to close sales. Watch and learn, they will miss Q1 of next year. Unfortunately, it's priced to perfection and the street doesn't want any company that is putting profits on hold to grow sales.... Those days are over...

Oh, did I forget to mention that the VP of sales just resigned effective today.....
Welcome to the downturn in this stock...

    $15. New Target

Margins getting squeezed. Guidance for margins is going the wrong way. This is what occurred at FIO. It will bleed down to $15 before end of year....

  • Any idea how Brigatinib compares in Phase II vs. Opdivio (nivolumab) = How does Brigatini compare? Does it have better response rates?

    Cooperman Dumping

He paid $47 in Dec.... EPS will likely be in the $2.50-$4.00 range in my opinion. It probably trades back to $25-$30 once the dust settles. Cooperman likely selling out for tax loss purposes as I would assume. It will not see $47 in the near term.... He is definitely the once causing the dump down to $12.00... Should be over soon and its back to $23... 10 X lowered EPS. If Ocwen can pull off some miracle news, we may finally begin the long uptrend higher... I think $30 towards end of year unless EPS will be better. Their $4.00-$7.00 estimate in their presentation has to be taken with a grain of salt. If they only would buyback stock :)

  • Looks like it is put on the agenda for the company's shareholder meeting. Will be allowed to buy up to an additional 15% of shares in new buyback program.........

Nothing happens until June. Once approved at shareholder meeting, expect them tho start buyback in aggressive for. I expect it will be back in $20's by then and they buy all the way back up to $30-$35 share.....If below $25, I think they will buy entire 15% of shares....

  • Brigatinib & Ponatinub abstracts posted.
