Seriously. Did they get this from Toy's R US?
Saw this cash problem coming a mile away. Layoffs is all they can do. ATM shares are not being sold. They are hoping for approval to sell those shares. If they do not get approval, this company is going BK within the next 8 - 10 months
Well i think we should be very concerned about the cash situation. If this delay goes past the first couple weeks of July, then Zogenix will be out of cash. However, if the ATM is effective and they are selling shares into the market, this will allow them to survive a few months longer. The cash situation is not ideal
Will they run out of cash before a decision is made? We are more than 1/2 way through 2nd quarter now. By the end of June they will most likely have a few million dollars in cash. Have they been selling ATM shares?
It must hurt to know your stock popped over 6.50 and you idiots didnt sell one single share. Only to see it fall all the way back to 4.30. That has got to sting
80% of all future revenue for $40 million and if they're lucky some milestone payments. I have rarely seen any significant sales milestones be paid out in these types of deals. TEVA robbed ALXA. That is why the stock is tanking. Dead money, while we are at the mercy of TEVA.
Im starting to believe fair value for this stock is around 1.50 - 1.75. Cash burn is horrible. its going to decimate share price. And you are probably correct about the dilution factor.
From 1stq 2013 Financials: Financial Guidance
"Based on current operating plans, AVEO continues to expect to end 2013 with approximately $60 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities, and anticipates that this capital is sufficient to fund its operations into the second quarter of 2014."
There is a reason this continues to drop. They are burning cash fast.
if you look at the Court Order Filing, it mentions exhibit 10.32. Look at the 10k filed on Mar 15th. Exhibit 10.32 refers to -
"Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Agreement dated November 2, 2012 by and between the Registrant and Alkermes Pharma Ireland Ltd. "
These Court orders orders come up alot when dealing with trade secrets & agreements between companies
