I have quite a few shares and plan on holding for as long as it takes. I wonder if Scottrade will send me a notice .Never had this happen before. Not worried about the Company at all. The next move north for Slv will be well past 50.00, making this a 15-20.00 stock. I did like to work around my core but I guess I will just transfer that into HL. I think SVM is one of the best positioned mining companies out there.
I have all my shares with Scottrade. I hope they are one of the companies that trades on the TSX. Anyone else using Scottrade?
What you did is illegal and could get you put in jail. I would have just covered your margin as soon as possible. Hope you did not lose too much. Good luck.
You have 72 hours to sell from the close the day of the margin call. If you do not sell by that deadline ,they will automatically have a market order for your account for the amount in which you are in margin. Been there done that in 08. Hope Monday is a huge reversal day for you. Good luck
Hard to say what happens Monday but if the markets start to go down , panic will set in for sure. Should be interesting day.
"Asianpest" I like that. He is Poopsies right hand mate and lover. All in all a good quarter for SVM. This company will lead the ranks once Metals make the turn.
I just can't see how there will not be a RS in the future. My ave is 1.48 and I would think the only way for the pps to reach that level would be a RS. This company does not have enough money to last a year or for that matter 6 more months without further dilution. Please explain to me how I am wrong, because if I am, I would buy a ton hear to bring my average down to .60cents.
Here is what it says to me. My 74,000 investment now worth 12,500 will be even less come Monday! Management should of sold out or partnered a long time ago. They might in the future, but for all of us old time longs that got through all the BS with Adcom, and FDA... They could not care less. The only thing I am glad that I did is when the stock price went off the cliff , I never added a single share to average down. What a mess this all is...Oh well, off to the next "lottery ticket"
