Losses will continue for some time. running 2 I.T. systems for another quarter or 2, Then I bet, these costs are then transferred to health care. so we a 12-13M run rate /q forever. .

Of course Ed will need a raise.

    1) Next Q. 37M rev, a +10% Q/Q increase.Tell me when they did this last?
    2) GM has fallen May over Feb Q's. @ 29% ( only down .2%) Op profit 10.7
    3) less 12.2 -12.5 SG&A makes for at least 1.4 to 1.7M op loss next Q.

    Big bonus for smaller loss

Watch for a new Line of business that will operate at a loss for 2-3 years.

would try, but just don't care. I guess only number that matters is net reduction in cash.
Ed has said on calls about three years of losses on health cares stuff. and less than a year into it.

From SEC filings: 1/29/2015: This Amendment Number 27 amends the Schedule 13G dated January 30, 2014,, Mr. Richardson has pledged 491,000 of his shares of Class B Common Stock as security to JP Morgan Chase Bank to secure a personal loan. The full Board evaluated the risk of significant pledging of stock. As this is a small percentage of his total holdings, the Board did not deem this to be material or represent a risk to the Company.
There are no filings showing an increase of shares by Mr. Richardson since this period

Read older posts and earnings Q&A,for ED's comments about 2 class. You know it when you buy in and it is not going to change.

Ask the shark tank question: are sales and earnings better today than last year... NO. No one from shark tank ever invested in a venture where the answer was no

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

In the 2012 proxy, the IC had 25% tied to operating profit, now in 2014 proxy no longer has any profit goals..
IC now has 25% based on "acquisitions”, with no detail of accountability
    Could it be ....
In last call, Ed talked about 3 years to new health care products established.
    But more..
In last call, Ed stated the Class B super voting stock does not stop if transfers to someone in the family.
If Ed buys back shares, his dividends go down?
And more... (Look at share counts Year/Year common v, CL B) very telling. Someone cash out at 12...
Kane County has some very good on line property and tax records
Good luck to all, but IMO, If a company removes profit targets from the IC and major shareholder sold more stock than common and refuses to buy back common......, time to get out.... Sorry Gates..

you know this is Robin's company and all press releases must be approved directly by Robin. and for the lack of wall street coverage. Time is a limited resourse. Would you want to waste a few days or a week every quarter defending the company against short attacks. There a lot of companies without coverage and less issues.

Did you hear the call, when he said there is no proof that "class b" super voting shares have no impact. take 15 seconds and google it.

And the yahoo charts, click on "compare" feature and use any index you want, 5years, 10, max, very telling

Since AMD is working on ARM based server chips for the past year, ( think out in 1h2014,) they could pick it up cheap, sell arm based chips to google for the low power server chips that they want a few years before google could make it on thier own.

    Sentiment: Buy

  • From CNN:
The government has been assisted in building and maintaining primarily by contractor CGI-Federal. As of March, the contractor had collected nearly $90 million from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, according to a report issued in June by the Government Accountability Office.

"We have a unique, cross-sector perspective on health IT that makes us well-suited to partner with CMS for success on one of the most visible efforts in CMS history," CGI Vice President Rich Martin said in a December 2011 statement announcing the contract, the original value of which was more than $55 million.

As part of Obamacare implementation, CGI is also performing exchange work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Kentucky, New Mexico and Vermont, according to the company's website.

A Canadian company with a global presence, CGI presents itself as the world's fifth largest independent IT and business process services company. The company has experience in health care IT as a partner to some of the Canadian Ministries of Health and as a provider of secure electronic medical records in Europe.

Here are names that should know about this reporting. How many times can you (should you) report a SEC investigation without formal notice by the SEC?

Daniel L. Doctoroff has been President of Bloomberg L.P. since January 2008 and was named CEO of the company in 2011.

Peter T. Grauer is Chairman of Bloomberg L.P., succeeding company founder Michael R. Bloomberg in March 2001.

Beth Mazzeo is Chief Operating Officer and a member of Bloomberg’s Management Committee.

Matthew Winkler is editor-in-chief of Bloomberg News, the global news service he founded with Michael Bloomberg in 1990.

A group of people who bully and intimated for profit are like many organized crime families, Russian, Italian and even Jewish (Monk Eastman and more recently The Abergil crime family,) do some due diligence. Also see the history of the American Mafia, and see who formed some of the original crime families..

If you do not speak up, Seeking Alpha will continue to intimidate and bully and post false statements for the benefit for profit for shorts. Not counting the personal attacks on Mr. Rania’s charitable work

Seems that that Bloomberg Reporter is working with shorts, see his June 2011 reports, False then, , Still false? I don’t know, but seems to be a pattern. Un-named sources disclosing SEC internal operations. DOJ should be called now if SEC has leaks. Who watches the watchdogs?

When a director and your ex chairman dumps +160K shares YTD at a +9 cost and low/mid 12 price.

    Pay Attention.

By the way did you go out to EDGAR and read the proforma filings? what do you think free cash flow will be?

what did INTU & HRB have to say about tax filings? And how did the stock react?

    Best of luck,

  • long_short_guy by long_short_guy Apr 24, 2012 6:44 AM Flag

Some true numbers for Taxact out on those edgar filings. IMO, this is a short, proforma EPS of about $.40-$.45 9 mos 9/30/2011 an looks like taxact burned 5M between 4/1 and 9/30. dont think Sept-dec will be postitive for taxact. so give them a dime for 4q, 2011 pro-forma eps about $.50 . thats a 22xPE.
how do you make money on free tax filings....volume
