No bankruptcy, just losses, cash burn, repeat. all MA trend lines negative, 50, 100, 150 and 200. so no fundamental or technical reason to own. This company is run for Eds personal benefit, outside shareholders have no input, so what if it goes to $2, Ed will still be paid.

I may get back in when I see Ed in legacydotcom

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

Ariel, some good old boys from Chicago, under $6.00 and net cash now about $6.20. Soon they will see that country club stocks may not be worth it. (you did know about the 2 golf courses in LaFox next to RELL headquarters? Mill Creek and Tanna Farms) follow the bouncing balls, and part of Rell property is zoned golf course. My money is out of EDs piggy bank, took loss, but trying to save others from... superman ED.

Had overall 29% GM.. and GM for IMES must be higher as HC GM went from 24% to 44%. Other GM fell.

Did not think some one else was stupid enough to buy gates shares. (besides ED) used est $16M for gates. But cash and invest is down to 84M. What is the future value of cash with negative growth rates.

SG&A - ED said ' will go up all next year' My bad, I trusted ED, or did he lie? again

so, if RELL was on the other side of the Gates sale, 1) share count should go down. 2) loss per share should go up ( all else constant), same loss on lower shares. 3) net cash per share depends on changes on working capital with new unit. best of luck,

Warning, but if you use Cialis for daily use for to long, you think you are superman!

(SEC 13-G) Good Bye Gates, Sorry for your loss. But who was on the other side of the trade? (RELL?) and if RELL, what will be cash balance?

Just thinking, Largest shareholder sells all, takes massive loss. WOW.

well, i took a peek at some 13-f's as of 6/30. and there are a few large guys have been selling for over a year. RGM sold over 170K march- june Q and still had over 800K left, and Dimensional had dumped over 100K shares over the past year and still had 1.09M shares. next 13-f will be 9/30. so wont know till then and the bank could be in the mix.

I once heard that NASDAQ trade logs may show both buy and sell in volume across different platforms, not sure if that is true, but volume may have been less

The bigger question is, what fool was on the buy side of the trade?

Sometimes you have to take the loss and move on. Given the amount of global civil unrest look at LRAD, non lethal crowd control and mass notification systems. not making money yet, and demand lumpy, but check out web site for some VERY cool products. I'm long, Limit orders, trades by appointment

But " Ed does appreciate your opinion",

From PROXY file 8/21/ 2015: Ed's rounding is bad or he lied to Mr. Bush on call: "about 400,000" is not 491,000

"Mr. Richardson has pledged 491,000 of his shares of Class B common stock as security to JP Morgan Chase Bank to secure a personal loan."
