CNNMoney reported today that, despite generous government subsidies, a third of Japanese electric car owners said they would not buy an EV again. This trend in consumer opinion comes from a survey by McKinsey consulting. CNNMoney also indicated that hydrogen fuel cell research is expanding in Japan. Toyota is spending billions in research on fuel cell cars that the company plans to introduce by 2015—and the government is reportedly working to build hydrogen infrastructure. This, according to today's report, is “giving the plug-in builders something to worry about in their rear view mirrors.”
FCV in the making.
Tx for posting.
I'll post it on BLDP MB, which is full of battery cheerladies, eheheh
I believe you are long, at least for what I've read in the past.
All I can say at this point..... I tried this feeling before.... you have a stock that somehow disappoints you... and you start bashing yourself.... It's stress I think.
One think that helps is: trading some.
You bring money to the bank and the stress level goes down.
I do so. Only small packs because I'm a strong believer in the technology.
About the longs posting only positive... that's correct.
It's useful also to post the shadows of the thing.
But I think at this point there's one single (big) shadow: margins.
And we know... more production = more margins. It's all there.
Good luck to you also.
Honestly... you're starting to repeat yourself.
Isn't that you lost the run and you're a little pxxoff? It's natural. But it's not the case to start bashing shoftly.
Who can deny shorters made a killing in the past? Nobody. Not me.
But that means nothing.
If you go back to the dotcom bubble, you'll see 70% of overall stocks did loose a fortune..... fuelcells or not....
But it's also true that long made a killing in the making of that (and other) bubbles.
Things change and shorties will play intraday and nothing more... as it's fair to be in a growing company.
Without knowing a thing.... I'd tell you that FCEL does have more potential growth in Mcap of a 2000% (1/20 related to FNMA Mcap, 4 Bil$ now).
Yes... landfills... tri-generation.... the ultimate sectors.....
And FCEL is already there, talking of the technology.
Add up 113 K shares the directors bought on open market.. paid in full in May... after years they didn't pay for a single share.
There's clearly a big news coming.
I don't get when someone here says "don't read too much on BOD's purchases... because of margins and this and that....". I really don't understand. It's correct when you have options at 0$... grant....
But When you PAY, if PPS goes down you loose money.... anyway you read it.
They can do wrong, but they didn't buy to loose money.
