Shabby, is there any reason the assignment was made in this manner to make it more legally defensible? From what I understand, there are some individuals in this world that make a living filing patent objections.
If given the benefit of doubt, does the licensing deal make the patent "assigned" therefore a "sealed deal" and not open to objection?
In recent email exchanges with the CEO, I posed the question of repeat customers. He indicated all customers have turned into repeat customers. This is hardly forward looking as it is based upon sales that have already occurred; indeed it is evidence of product adoption and customer satisfaction. Chin up pal.
