    Where is "affirmative action"

    by chairmanbarack Jan 3, 2015 12:28 PM

The way I understand the 'affirmative action' law it is to give preference to blacks over whites. Doesn't sound fair to me.

Question. How did this man convince enough people to be elected? Prior to the election all I heard of him were negative reports. Did the black and white community believe him to be a good leader just because he married across the racial lines? This is not a good quality to determine leadership. JMO

Most idiot politicians believe that gov't creates wealth. If they do it is accidental. Gov't bleeds the economy. Gov't only has money when it takes money from those that have it.
Today the gov't is taking money from the upper 50% and giving it to the lower 50%. As one man in church this morning said 'why should I work the gov't is giving me what I need'. He followed it up with, 'if they stop giving, I guess I will have to go to work'.
Wealth is created only in food production; commodities and manufacturing. I believe the rest of us live from this wealth that is created. Think about it. AJMHO

You nuts want to get rid of the rich, who do you think creates jobs? I've never heard of a poor person that has created a job.
Buffet and Gates gives millions away which does not create any jobs. Think about charity.
Income inequality how idiotic. The idiot politicians that want income equality is for you not them. I seriously doubt if you could find one politician that would reduce his income even to the level of the low middle class. Look at Hollywood, they pay their top billings 20+ million dollars per movie, those with lesser rolls will make 150 dollars a day. No way to have income equality.

Remember SS was a BENEFIT that you paid into AND entitled to.... Recent democrats/liberals have changed it to an entitlement, something that IS GIVEN TO YOU BY THE GOV'T. It is a benefit that I paid dearly for. Think. If SS had been a private insurance most people that would have paid into it for 45 years would be drawing an average benefit of about $6,000/month. The gov't SS plan and the average monthly income in about $1,100/mo. Info from gov't internet programs.

How wrong a gov't is to mandate wages and benefits that a company must pay. The idiots in gov't undoubtedly have been contacted by one or more of the supreme beings, gods, angels, allah, mohamad or the devil, telling them how much each employer can pay. If you just think about it a little gov't in a capitalist country should not be mandating such. Shame, shame and shame. JMHO.

People like Michael Moore wants us to fight a gentleman's war.. He thinks killing an enemy by a sniper is immoral, but killing an enemy with a machine gun, cannon fire, drone, a-bomb, etc is OK. What idiotic thinking.

These corporate taxes are what are called "hidden taxes". These taxes are incorporated into the sales price of the companies merchandise.
Hidden taxes is a sneaky way for the gov't to have citizens pay more taxes without most knowing what they are doing. Remember in the business world, the consumer pays all taxes. So many say that corporations can pay more, they make so much money, but again it is the customer that pays.

Dock union says they are not on strike, it is a work slow down. An example where unions do not have the concern of the employer or of the customers. Shame, shame and a shame.

Where have you been? Wake up. They were found a long time ago. Poison gas for one.
Every country intelligence said Iraq had or was working on a nuclear bomb. If the goodies were not found in Iraq very possible they were shipped to Syria.
We know Syria had a mountain of poison gas.

As a democrat and a retired science teacher I couldn't teach my democrat teachers that CO2 is the compound that supports life., without it we would all die. With the earth going through a population explosion now the idiots should thank God that the atmosphere is holding more CO2 and heating the earth, we just might be able to increase food production to feed the new masses. Not just my opinion-fact. Shame, shame and shame that so many of my idiot political brothers cannot understand this.

I agree. All upper level mgt is way over paid, but whose fault is it????? Yours, the common stock holders....I have not seen one post here of you trying to organize a movement to mandate a more reasonable pay scale for mgt and a dividend for the stock holder.
In my opinion, the problem is you not raising h-ll of the collusion that goes on between the B of D's and upper mgt.
Think a little: Who is most instrumental in getting members to the B of D's? Upper mgt. Who is most instrumental in getting the powerful upper mgt?? The B of D's.
This amounts to very fertile ground for 'massive collusion'.
This problem exists in every large corporation in my opinion. Thinki about it. MO..

We should ban the Pledge of Alligience

The pledge should be mandatory for every individual living in U. S. of America. Either you are an American or you are not. If not, you should relocate either willfully or forcefully. This kind of allegiance is and should be the same for any country. Love it or leave it. Period.

As a die hard democrat, having owned stock since about 1990, what you are saying all of my stock must have gone way up in your reversed economy. I am here to tell you many of my stocks are still in the red for about 17%.
In your dreams of a reversed economy, why are there 47 million on food stamps; about 39 million on welfare; x million on SSI; x million on early SS; about half of the nations work force is not working and my other democrat idiots are screaming about how good today is in this reversed economy. Shame, shame, and shame. MO

CA legislature just passed the law that chicken egg farmers must provide a living area of at least 5 square feet for every laying hen. Imported eggs must also come from hens that have the same living area. Price of eggs is going sky high in CA. Present hen living area is about 2 sq ft. Shame, shame and shame.
