Watching the program "Outnumbered" on FOX today: 4 beautiful women commentators; 7 beautiful legs-one leg dropped down to a 1 because it had a 'tattoo'. No way can a tattoo make a woman's body parts more appealing. Women have been sold a false bill of goods. Shame, shame and a shame. AJMO
I still believe that Sprint's pps will make it back to at least $10/share. Why? SB and insiders own 85% of the common stock, leaving about 100 million shares that can be traded daily on the open mkt. The almost daily average traded is almost 50 million shares. PPS can drop to the pennies, but I believe it will go up. Up makes much more sense than down with SB the major holder. jmo
It would be great to know what is being plotted in the 'back room' of S, FTR, TMUS, Comcast, Dish, etc. MO is something big will be coming out in the not too distant future. mo
Ahhhh, Ashley Madison. It's great. You should try it. This site ads great pleasure to life. I highly recommend it if you are unhappy at home. Think about it.
about TMUS has dried up. What is not discussed is the corporations like Sprint, Dish, Comcast, Carlos Slim, and many others that must grow their businesses and the only way they can do it is by M or A's. Consolidation is the name of the new game. Every one is dragging their feet at this time because of 'socialist/communist' regime in DC. I fear Hillary or Bernie or Joe will continue BO's game. Shame, shame and a shame. AJMHOOC
Adding all of the insider holdings, investment clubs holdings and Papa Son's SB it leaves only about 100 million shares on the mkt for trading. To me, this sounds like a very shaky situation. PPS can drop to pennies or spurt to $100/share. I believe that the pps will go up, not down. I expect at least $10/share. mo
Just use a little common sense. All corporations do a lot of talking in the back room. All very private and as a rule nothing for public release. If they are not wheeling and dealing it is time to get rid of B of D's and upper mgt. Think about it. This is called business.
TV news. SB owns about 85% of the float leaving only about 100 million shares that can be traded on the open mkt. Daily we are trading about 50 million shares. What does this tell us about the pps? MO the pps can drop to pennies or bust $100. This is actually a scary situation. JmHO
Look under company statistics. Papa Son/Softbank are doing all of the buying.-84.9%.
SB and other insiders will own all the float but about 100 million shares that will be in the mkt for trading.. My question is what is going on?. A mystery. For the time being I am long with my holdings. What ever is taking place can have a great bearing on the pps. I can see the pps dropping down to BK price or it can go to $100/share. Papa Son is not going to let S go to BK. I am holding for a nice profit. At this time I am losing money.
There must be something big going on in the Corps 'back room'. SB is buying on has already bought 84.9% of the float,: Why? Who is buying great chunks of the remaining 100 million shares that are still on the open market? My opinion there is a real deal cooking in the backroom. Any one know or have good insights to what is happening?
Could be shorts starting to cover. I expect with only 15% of the float available for trading, shorts just might be in big trouble.
My bet with SB taking off 84.9% of the float off of the market, the pps will go up. Some speculate very high, some only pennies. I am leaning on the very high side.
Sprints assets: $20+ billion dollars of spectrum; wireless domain; retail stores. A good guess of the worth would be about $60 billion dollars. SB is getting it on the cheap. JMO
Papa Son owns about 83% of Sprint, if he owns over 85% Sprint becomes a target for de-listing, what does this mean for us little stock holders? Anyone out there know how to explain it to us that have never heard of this situation. Thanks, if you know PLEASE help.
Any way you want to call or measure it, I believe at current pps Sprint is a good gamble. TV news says S owns over 20 billion dollars worth of spectrum. I believe this stock is worth over 10 per share. Sprint: wireless, spectrum, stores. I have bet a bunch.
Think about it. Who needs unions today? What do you get for high union dues? Unions have given all of its power to federal and state gov't. Gov't now mandates wages and benefits. What can unions get us? When you gave gov't this power of wages and benefits you drive all members closer to the poverty level. Example: Today MW is $7.25 and say UAW member wage is $21.75 you are far above poverty. Now gov't raises MW to $15/hr and UAW wage goes to $30/hr now look at how close you are to poverty. Gov't in the private sector does muich more harm than good. AJMO. Think about it.
