I have no clue who is buying but I sold out today to walk away with some money. I see this headed to BK.
Should have done this when the stock slammed from .60 to .30 but I have hopefully other winners to replace this.

For what it is worth, I have made a lot of my NGLPF investment losses back on IWSY, a biometric stock that has partnerships (with their sales forces selling the products directly) with huge system integrator s (Fujitsu, T Systems subsidary of Deutsche Telecom, and IBM-to a lesser extent). Last CC on seeking alpha for IWSY is interesting, they announced a agreement in principal with a large global retailer (blurb below). Expect official PR in coming weeks (stated during CC in Q&A).

"We are pleased to announce today that we’ve reached an agreement in principle for a three-year contract with this international retailer, which is one of the world’s largest. The biometric products will be licensed on a service fee model, generating revenue from an initial license fee per person and a recurring monthly license fee thereafter."

    Good luck all!
