Nothing to talk about.
Company has two potential great drugs that are starting clinical trials. Stock moves around because there is only 13 million shares outstanding
1. patents for technology
2. negotiatioing contracts and deals
3. employee contracts
Lets assume $250k a year salary x 10 new executive hires. 2.5 million for the year/12 months
Rounding $210 a month.
Would you feel better if they were firing or reducing head count?
your post goes to show you have completely no idea what Oncosec does. They don't have a drug...They don't need long-term trials.
there we agree craig!!!
Yes, I'm worried about a capital raise. They filed that s-1 6 months ago and they are down to 60 million and trials are ramping up. My understanding is they are not looking for partners quite yet so I see another dilution coming and wouldn't surprise me to see it before year end. Just my opinion
100% agree with you and I hope i'm wrong...just stating my opinion based on what i heard. I hope every single persons throws it in my face. I would very happy with that.
I apologize, I gave everyone the benefit of the doubt of reading between the lines. For the inept uneducated posters.
I don't think Oncosec Medical will form a "formal" partnership where Merck pays an upfront payment with "milestones" for completion of drug trials.
I believe or I am guesssing that Merck is going to "sell" or make available PD1 for Oncosec Medical to conduct trials.
I hope that is clear or I gave full explanation for you to understand!
(I hope I'm wrong and Merck throws 50 million upfront with 12% royalties but after listening to the call, I don't believe so)
You should hire a financial advisor before you ruin your families life.
The phase 2 data was preliminary....they updated info at Asco.
Phase 2b trial is going to move the needle or the rework of the existing phase 2.
Per management, people are expecting a phase 2b/3 with a partner.
Yes phase 3 data would move the stock but that is 2016/2017.
A partner helps solidify the companies image/technology/science/cash position.
Do you ever call and talk to management? Ever been to a conference and speak with them after?
I highly recommend it.
Do you ever think about your investment or why someone would sell to nasv. So pretend your running a 20 million dollar company that is allegedly profitable and this company comes to you and says we would like to buy you.
We have no revenue
We have never done this before
We don't have any experience in oil and gas
We also have no experience with merging businesses
But listen let's give it a shot, are you with us?
are you joking? This company used to be an automation company, failed at that and now is going to try and stake its claim in the oil business which is ridiculously crowded and competitive.
Here is what you forget.
Most "investors" have been here for a long time and bought in between .18/.40 cents and are waiting for the end game.
Most people except Mensa for what he is and doesn't influence anyone's decision because of the above.
What I find weired is why someone, who doesn't own the stock, would post on a random message board about someone else and waste time when they don't own the stock. (bizarre)
