Thanks for your Post, Ron. Now that you mentioned cars, I recall a '77 Formula Firebird I bought brand new...all for $6500 back then. Of course back then that HAD been lots of money. Guess it is all relative. Was just looking back on the charts here on SWHC...back to when I first looked at it in early 2012 (and bought my first lot of shares)...it was only $4.70 or so. Like you, have been in and out many times (even though I have been Long the stock most of that time). So in a mere two years, we are looking at a triple (almost)...and with what is at hand, perhaps lots more. Good luck going forward here...all we can do is enjoy the show !!! Happy holidays to you as well...best regards.
Came across this in a Post. The following are MSRP prices from way back.
"Model 29 $140
MOdel 27 $120
Model 28 $85
Model 19 $100
Model 20 and 21 $75
Model 23, 24 and 26 $90
Model 25 $100
Model 22 $70
Model 17, 16, and 14 $76
Model 15 $71
Model 35, 34, and 43 $70
Model 10 $62
Model 41 $100 "
I happen to own a Model 29 which I paid $800.00 for about 4 years ago.
Normally I don't use the margin...occasionally on a Day trade, but I am out of the trade at the End of the Day, so no interest.
Now that things are Escalating.
Spare those margined shares !!!
I think Gold and Silver digging can wait a day or so...lol !!!
Just a saying.
Check out Illorac's post a few lines down...it was from last night...supposedly Kudlow had a guest on who was knowledgeable about the SWHC Short Interest matter....an entertaining story...but must give Illorac credit here...you will see it down below !
What a guy ... LOL !!!
I hope they drop the #$%$ Out of it...check out HL...it is holding the line at 3 bucks...so funny !!! Take the metals Down I say !!! LOL
Get it OVER With !!! LOL
Have always wondered about this. What is up with that ?
The entire sector is affected/not just HL. With the drop in PM's just today (especially now just after Fed Minutes) am surprised how it is holding the line here at $3.00.
So the poor management argument has its limitations in this industry.
