thoughts on whether the reincorporation removes the "hurdles" previously reported with relation to the tender & withdrawn tender by CB? if OH regulatory environment was a barrier for the tender, and CB is GA, does he now commence the tender where he is more familiar with the legal/state environment - and, is there a higher probability of success? reincorp to GA, change BoD to a more favorable one for getting the transaction done, hire new CFO that CEO is familiar with/confident in to right the ship with regard to the restatement & accounting irregularities, ...then, pull the trigger at a price that's attractive for shareholder approval? just trying to figure out future direction...
first bought in the 8's, big boy...why are you still here? must be a little b*tch who gets off visiting msg boards...poor fool.
the "idiots" have made money if they've stayed with MPW over the years/long haul. trying to trade a REIT, or dog a REIT with superior property that provides a necessary service, would be frustrating at best...can you identify?
I have continued to buy - and let my divvies buy even more - MPW has not failed me over the years, so why would I be anything but positive? you, on the other hand, must have a boring life to come on the board and talk about absolutely nothing...
been buying since the 8's years ago, little dirtboy...this one needs no pumping - where have you been? and, yes, I do remember the 17's...sold some there.
idiot-alert here again? cantgetnone, the recent run-up in price has more than already accounted for this drop...where have you been? never mind, we all know...now, back to the cave.
lol...so, SELL...then, watch it go back up. it's simple, complaining does nothing...either you believe in the business model and mgt, or you do not.
it would be nice to see some of the language in press releases translated to more directly imply benefit or risk for shareholders...imo, of course. I know a lot of the information is technical, but the effects on the stock are not (as much).
sold, but not at 4.39...got out at 4.86 but feel pretty good given that I can buy something else with the break-even "profit".
couldn't wade through the uncertainty of these restatements with any confidence...accounting snafus are a pet peeve of mine. good luck to all longs.
