prexit not attributed to KTEAM2 "failure" efforts...SORRY, CLOWNTEAM!!!!
"nothing to report" by a company with TWO "BEST IN CLASS" DRUGS (imo)?!!?!?!?
call me a cheerleader if you want to go "there", but tell me where he has made an error in judgement or a misstep in decision-making...I, too, have watched the stock price, and believe imo that anything below $2 is a buying opportunity. but, you sound informed.
"We are excited to reacquire the U.S. and Canadian commercial rights for STENDRA. We appreciate Endo's efforts to build the STENDRA brand and understand their decision to focus their resources on BELBUCA™," said Seth Fischer, VIVUS Chief Executive Officer. "With STENDRA's 15 minute onset-of-action, efficacy, ability to be taken with food and alcohol, and safety profile, we remain confident in STENDRA's long-term prospects. We are in the process of evaluating ways for maximizing the value of STENDRA and expect to make an announcement by the end of the first quarter of 2016 with our decision. As part of this process, we are working closely with Auxilium to ensure a smooth transition of STENDRA back to VIVUS."
this is becoming comical...
when McBride says it's an experienced operator, I'm convinced. hasn't led us wrong yet.
patent portfolio for tobacco & marijuana at 200+, company cheap, AND possible licensing to other tobacco down the road?!?!? FDA testing lower nicotine...? do your own DD, but big tobacco should take this company out, imo.
will see 1.15 again before 85, shortie..."dark pools"...LOL!!!
panic selling always amazes me...no matter what the cause. simply amazing how people go away from their long-term strategy...
buying the dips, as usual, due to it being trendy & fashionable...so far, AAPL has failed in this regard, imo.
if things get "dicier"...I can only think this is a good thing for the UK...
I, too, searched & came up empty; even put Sec of State in search...eleven buildings under management is not that small, so makes me think it may be a veteran operator with a new LLC for these 3 buildings...but, just a guess.
agreed; unfortunately, there are some pretty "weak" Republicans in Congress...who pretend to be conservatives...
meanwhile, do she & Billy Boy use the CF as their own "personal expense" fund???
if you believe in the future of ADK, you buy on dips or hold your position, right? if not, you sell or avoid, right? they're obviously taking steps to better position the company financially, imo. unless you're simply sore from the drop, then I can understand. this was never a "flip" (unless, of course, you consider the bold press release by CB back in the day...lol), and long-term I believe ADK will be fine. Lots of deals being done in this space, and REITs LOVE triple-net leases...
just a matter of time before FIT either rolls out new product, partners with a LARGE apparel company for "fashionable" bits, and/or is acquired for its popularity among (especially) women & young ladies - a prime target for the athletic wear companies. if they get the payment side down, we're in the $20's in no time flat. If your "bit" can transact purchases, we'll see an entirely new approach to marketing "wearables"...imo, of course.
so, why did Compensation Committee see fit for raise, bonuses?
seems the tenant in 3 buildings has been replaced by an experienced operator...never a bad thing.
