will not be disappointed in my most recent add, imo. good luck to management at getting this thing to return great things to shareholders. leasing out the remainder of the buildings is priority #1, insuring tenants who will take care of them and pay rents on time #2, cashing checks #3. much success in 2015!!!
did u see the VTR announcement, where they are creating a new REIT with the post-acute (SNF) properties after Ardent (hospital) acquisition? just FYI
seriously, if he wants ANY TRACTION from this announcement, he & his PR staff need to put together his next announcement, which is to forego his salary AT LEAST until the company is profitable! no joke...imo, tho.
much smaller team of excellent hires and acquisitions...maybe an opportunity to avg down. what say you, o'donnell?
I agree wholeheartedly...REITs must invest in new acquisitions all the time, and ADK's properties are in good markets for senior care, imo. Management has already stated repeatedly their wish to provide returns to shareholders (as the #1 priority), so cashing out now is simply being impatient, imo. But, it's jmho, and someone will gladly buy those shares. Notice they did not choose to dilute the common...
and, imo, the long-term is not at all as bad as odonnell makes it out to be.
is, imo, going to offer the grants (equipment credits) like Taser, so they will continue to lose out to the dominant player in this space. company really has no downside, imo, due to changing culture where suspects are resisting apprehension more & more. why do you think these "unarmed victim" stories continue to pop up? why do you think cops are wearing cameras? my guess is many, many times the number of perps who are shot while unarmed are apprehended while armed thanks to Taser. keep up the good work defending law enforcement officers, and thus the general public, guys. again, imo.
why couldn't he simply pull over and obey officer commands like the rest of us?
before investors wised up to the potential for TASR. multiple news releases of new contracts, a proven solution for funding purchases (grants, credits, etc.), credible salespeople with career histories in law enforcement, and an "end-to-end" solution for keeping the public safe from criminals - including rogue cops. Add it all together, and couple it with 5-year contracts for most customers, and it's a formula for long-term success; end of story.
