Yeah, that bald dude from "Sharks" on CNBC says he only allows stocks to be 5% max of his portfolio so he is forced to sell Apple to keep it only 5% value of his stocks overall - good problem to have.
I would like more info on what the S3 money is going to be used for or has there been no formal acknowledgement of an upcoming offering?
The ex football guy on CNBC said if it drops to 118 he is buying big - also said he already owns some apple.
So, we are head for more dilution & that is the cause for the drop in price. More good news would have a chance at making this a positive. I am paying good money for this stock lesson - ouch.

I read an article by someone who agrees with you on the 120 retest....he said hold and by more at 120 then ride up to 145. How they can beat this stock down to 120 is amazing to me.
This near the 52 week low should be a good entry point with the positive forecast for the upcoming year.
I have no expertise in the area but on the surface it sounds like an "apples to oranges" comparison to me.
How long do the those type of patents last? I have a vague memory of reading long ago many patents were a 25 year affair but that has changed I believe.
