I have heard all the theories and provided my own as to why we still have no news and unlikely as it is, hearing nothing before the open would actually be irresponsible on behalf of RMTI management so at the very least I think it is certain we will hear the outcome or at a minimum, that the outcome will be coming Monday and they have yet to be informed by the fda. If nothing, the shorts will have a field day at the open I fear.

they already know you can be sure... they are holding off on the PR until Monday for 1 of 3 reasons..

it is good news and they want to give the shorts as little time as possible to try and manipulate the stock

it is reasonably good news, i.e approved with modest labelling requirements and or a phase IV study as follow-up indication and they want to have a conference call pre market to make sure it is fairly interpreted

it is bad news, which for me the worst case is CRL delay , not outright rejection, and for the same reason as #2 they want time pre market to have a CC to try and mitigate the negative backlash, which will be a losing battle I am afraid,...i have lived through ACRX, it doesn't work...

the shorts won't let this one get away that easily.... they will find a way to bring it back down.. guaranteed.... unless it gets bought out and then they are screwed.. but anything short of that and they will push it back ...

thats what they want you to think.. bait and switch... hopefully that is not the case this time but I have seen it go both ways leading up to a binary BIO event in the last hour... it keeps going up... or it crashes hard in the last 15 minutes as the MM use the false enthusiasm to unload shares to amped up buyers .... i am hoping for good news for the longs

epb...not sure if their is a bottom.... cancelled my $1.30 trade.... somebody is pricing in some disappointing news.. and we both know that they are likely to fall short on the revenue side based on guidance and forward guidance will likely be soft without having the acquisition fully mobilized until back half... could we get it under $1 after the CC?

Catalina is privately held. Berkshire partners bought them in March of 2014 for about $2 BN.... they were previously taken private in 2007 at $1.5BN.... they claim to have the worlds largest shopper history database and work with all of the major CPG / retailers in providing personalized digital media offers / brand interactions.... no doubt they know of DMRC.. DMRC's technology goes one step further than theirs and provides even deeper brand engagement & interaction at the point of purchase but it wouldn't be hard to see how the combination of their consumer shopping database with DMRC's " always on" digital watermark could be an unstoppable force in shaping the future of the shoppers journey. Interesting...

based on the needham Q&A, which i just re-listened to , Bruce makes it very clear that the cost to the retailer is $400 per product, and $50 / yr recurring after. He makes no mention of a cost per scanner, only suffice to say that the retailer would either need to purchase the imaging hardware or ensure the software comes with the DMRC software. I prefer my revenue model understanding vs yours.... but heck, terminology is confusing so we may both be wrong....

Don't limit your thinking to private label...that is simply the easiest entry point because the retailer controls the packaging.....once private label works and the benefits are realized/ quantified, watch how quickly they force all of theri vendors into compliance.... I worked in packaged goods for many years and the TOP 5 retailers have all of the leverage.. If they establish new packaging guidelines to stay compliant and on shelf, you watch how quickly the dominos fall.... Heck, some of the CPG companies may actually take the first step for the brand engagement opportunity... Smith fields has alreAdy... P&G is a client of Our newest partner so you know it is being talked about....guaranteed

100% possible / probable.... Illustrative of what the opportunity is....it is not about Wegamn's at this point.. It is all about wiill others follow and if so, how quickly... Somebody does not want to get left at the starting blocks and create any margin of competitive differentiation for its competitors.... Grocery margins are too thin and the customer acquisition cost too high... That is why this technology works for them... Improves margins, Improves customer experience and provides more brand engagement ...
