Someone know this ahead of time. I was wondering why it shot up 4%.

Yes, well done Pipster. Gonna miss this idiot filled board. New IDs seemed to popup left & right. This is my last look. Bye all.
I found this interesting. It basically negates my reason for investing in this company:
Citigroup Inc, Research Division
And just to understand in the lithium segment specifically, I know you noted that you expect the market to grow by around 5%, but what's your expectation in terms of your potential market share in that environment?
Patricio G. Contesse - Chief Executive Officer and President
Well, we see that we are going downward because the production, there are newcomers in the market, there is more production in China, some newcomers in Canada, Australia. So we see a trend that are participation and relative terms will not increase.
Not quite there yet. Need it to get closer to $25 for the double dip to form. Then any uptick should bring in fresh money on a good looking forward setup.
Just got done listening to the conf. call. Not very encouraging. To late for me to sell. In the very first FDA comments they wanted a new predicate for the study. But the management took the approach of trying to convince the FDA otherwise. A new study will cost money and time. Sounded like the new interim CEO will end this effort. Maybe the slow bookings was a result of vendors finding out about VSCP's personal medicine ambitions. One thing I still don't understand is that they have been talking about increased booking since late last year. But to date the revenue is still declining. I would have thought that most bookings would have started turning into revenue in 6 months. It is looking more like 6 quarters if it happens at all. Looks more and more each day that this investment will remain a dog. I don't see any light at the end of this tunnel. How did you like CEO's answer of him buying stock when he thinks it is "worthy investment". Right now it is not. "gochas" you might be right. If the revenue don't increase next year VS is Toast.
6.125% interest is kinda on the expensive side.
HOUSTON, Oct. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (CMLP) ("Crestwood Midstream") announced today that it has priced $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 6.125 percent Senior Notes due 2022 (the "Notes") issued in a private offering that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The offering size was increased to $600 million from $500 million. The Notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by certain of Crestwood Midstream's current and future domestic subsidiaries.
Crestwood Midstream expects to use the net proceeds from this offering to fund a portion of the consideration payable by it in connection with its contemplated acquisition of Arrow Midstream Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Arrow"), and to pay down outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility. The closing of this offering, coupled with the closing of the common unit offering on October 23, 2013 and the common units to be issued directly to the sellers of Arrow concurrently with the Arrow acquisition, will complete the long-term financing of the Arrow acquisition.
I agree with you completely! White-collar crime; it's been the ticket to riches in the past and will continue to be in the future. :(
It was a crime. But the main person behind it (RP) is gone and got off scott-free. He is probably sitting on the beach in Panama toking.
The offering price is usually lower than the market price, hence the drop. I suspect they will price it at 42 and change. I think it will dip below $42 before it is all said and done.
VSCP - it's another gamble but at least the management isn't made up of a bunch of crooks.
