Really?? It takes a whole week for their engineers to fix an issue? They must have lost their lead engineer on this product. I personally find it completely unacceptable - many home and businesses rely on this service for security. Hopefully someone from investor relations will read this and pass it along to their executives and support staff. This is a total embarrassment for a public company...

We have identified an issue that began on 5/2/15 where new motion detection and/or manual recordings cannot be retrieved or viewed from the library. Our engineering team is diligently working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Due to the nature of this issue we do not yet have an estimate as to when we will have a resolution.
