Momokamas, you are the only knowlegeable member of this panel. I couldn't find how many employees this company has and what is the number of shares. Please give us your opinion about this company, why you think it can be successful.

I am absolutely new here and don't know terminology. Please tell me how many shares this company has and what is happening to it.
I am long with rather big number of shares. What does "an increase in stock based expenses of approximately $340,000" mean? Did they just give approx. 30 mln shares to themselves? If yes, why? There is 1 full time and several part time employees there, correct? This is not professional fees, correct? So I am afraid, again something wrong here. Increase in wages and benefits per year is 4x$70,000 = $280,000 . Again, who got this increase? CEO? They should give more explanations for us to trust them.
In PPCH FINANCIALS on YAHOO published in February results for last quarter:
Research and Development $143,000
Selling and Administrative $996,000
I don't trust them if they say that SA means RD.
Can anybody explain why Administrative and Selling expenses are about $1 mln per quarter? What are they selling? Why they didn't explain these numbers? I thought this is more or less honest team where CEO gets $200,000 per year (not too greedy). Now I doubt. I apologize for this, but why these guys do this?
Why CEO of nonprofitable company cannot live on the professor's salary?

Just now for 2015 y. Gross profit is $ 57 mln and operating expenses are $ 107 mln.
What is the way to profitability? It is impossible to increase the margin. Sales should be increased more than 2 times, this sounds unrealistically as well.
Can you explain me what does Cost of revenue mean? Salaries are not included since in 10K this is a separate line. Then what? Protein?
Sometimes it seems to me that such type of companies are created just to give great salaries for officers for many years and fights is just for who will be included in this elite.
That is very pity that there are no federal rules about maximal payments to officers of nonprofitable public companies. Why a new chairman should get $600,000 per year? From my point of view it should be not more than $200,000. If unhappy, go to private sector.

Please ask him to explain with numbers why Selling and administrative spending for the quarter was 1 million while research is 8 times less. Something is wrong here IMHO.

For this company they must show that they spend carefully, mostly on research. But I am afraid this is not the case.

That is a pity, there is no any detail analysis of the company here, its more or less realistic future. For example, how Buprenorphine/Naloxone for treatment of opioid dependence can help the company to become a successful one. How critical is the problem of opioid dependence in China, how many need the treatment.
