All depends on your long term goals and what you think the ceiling is. Long term you should be fine and likely see movement above the $35 level but thats also dependent on their strategic moves working out. Tracy who has followed this stock very closely and is on here often thinks it will go to $35 by end of year.
umbisam - can you expand on why you think its a sham? if you've elaborated on this before, just send me the link.
some nice movement today. i've been impressed by the interim guy on the conferences thus far - seems to have a more strategic approach to the opportunities available to webmd. any thoughts on the upward tick though?

“Obesity agents are a common exclusion [from coverage] for the majority of our groups today. However, it might be a good time to examine covering these drugs due to the high cost of being overweight. There is no ‘magic pill’ to cure this epidemic. Medication is only one tool in our toolbox to help manage obesity. It takes a multidisciplinary approach in order to make a lifelong impact.”

What would it mean if the bankruptcy plan is denied? Would my shares still be worthless?
So i'm confused - is this thing going bankrupt or not? is my shares are worth .06 for a while so be it but there is still optimism they could rise if thats the case. if this thing goes bankrupt i get nothing -- what is actually happening?
What does someone holding shares here do?
1- Sell now in order to get something back and just take the loss
2- Hold the shares till goes bankrupt and then take the loss
3- Hold the shares till it goes OTC and hope it recovers?
I honestly don't know what to expect here or what to do. Never been in this situation.
Thanks for your response.
