They have to achieve growth at some point though and reverse the trend. Mapmyfitness and other apps are eating at them bit by bit and it could be very hard to convince people to come back. I feel like the retail angle is their differentiator but they obviously haven't exploited that strategically enough. Why not tout the science behind the program in ads? WW wont be the flashy new toy and I think they should position themselves as such.
is harry edelson still involved with CHOP? it says he's still a director on the web site but haven't heard a peep from him. what's status of the big porcelain sale they were touting last year? need some news!
