Any reasonable person would read the contract and if they did not understand it would hire someone to help them understand the contract or seek out someone with knnowledge about the contract before posting.
Eisai will pay for the CVOT period. No way out of that. Arena got the drug approved and any one trying to sell something different is ignorant of the facts and laws or trying to mislead folks. Their only option is to sell off the contract or walk away from the contract and give Arena a ton of cash.
