Heck cut Cindy, not sure what she really does, well maybe I am. She manages the Eisai relationship from Switzerland. Isn't prostitution legal in Switzerland?
Your big Tuesday news is now 2 Tuesdays late.... Guess that prediction was not very accurate.
New ID, why do you try and clone someone else on here? Do you really feel so inadequate that you can not stand on your own id? Sad.
Secondly, many independent third party studies prove your statement wrong. Belviq is the safest weight loss drug on the market today..... and the truth shall set you free John 8:32
I want to know why they are slow playing moving the pipeline forward. It should not be taking 6 months or longer to get to the next phase. We were supposed to rolling on the new studies by the end of the second quarter and news was due out. We have had nothing come out no news and no indication that the pipeline is moving forward with a sense of urgency.
Lets just say "Aerosurf results are much better then anticipated" and that is direct from the horses mouth. I did not believe it however, the fact insiders are buying might give some credibility to that statement.
Why all the same bashers ans naysayers here day in and day out spewing FUD. You dont need to bash a bad stco, and actually you pump and bad stock and let it fall on itself. If the bashers really believed the stock was bad why would they waste so much time on here? To protect perfect strangers incestments? I think not, they have alterior motives. Does the company have issues, sure it does but dont they all? The real question is, is the thesis for buying still in tact. I believe so. So I still own it. Hence why I am still here.
Sales are not going to just take off. We don't have the feet on the ground and Belviq is no longer the priority. The second weight loss season has now passed. We will maintain move up and down going into next years weight loss season.. The good news is we doubled the script levels this year and maybe we can do that next year.
Short interest down another 1.2 million in 2 weeks. Down 1 million the 2 weeks before. Lowest short interest in years... Amazing they are covering without any kind of price increase.
Or they want to bash Jack Lief all day. Jack Lief and the management of this company are a major factor going into a thesis and their abilities or lack there of need to be considered in the thesis. But once that has been debated, harping on it over and over does not change anything. It is one of many factors that go into the investment decision... Move on to the next if you have one or if it is a deal killer, sell your stock and leave or short the stock and put your money where your thesis is.
Please stop adding patient longs into the pumper category. We have a thesis and we have invested our hard earned money based on that thesis. We will gladly share with you that thesis for debate or discussion, the issue tho is bashers, shorts and negative people on Arena don't want to debate the facts... They was to debate opinion and that is a losing battle.
He has not been very accurate with his predictions and the patent info has done nothing to boost pps. Even the company does n ot pr the patents.
There are two kinds of quiet periods for publicly traded companies. The first surrounds a company’s initial public offering (IPO) and is heavily regulated by the SEC, while the second is more loosely defined, and refers to the period of time in which a company limits its interaction with investors and analysts immediately preceding or following the quarter-end, but before results are actually released.
In addition, quiet periods exist to protect companies from inadvertently violating Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD) during the sensitive time in which they are aware of their quarterly financial results (or any material, non-public information), but have not yet publicly communicated this information.
The communications policy a company adopts helps frame how they communicate with the investment community and Wall Street. Some companies may still wish to communicate by simply avoiding off-limit topics, such as quarterly results, and sticking with fact-based responses. Other companies may comment on topics that have already been publicly disclosed, and still others may elect a period of time in which they go radio-silent. It really depends on the company comfort level and view of its stakeholders within the company.
If they had news and wanted to release it they could as long as it complied with Reg FD
Its Tuesday, where is the pr you discussed the big news you were sure was coming today.
I disagree, only 5% of the float voted against them and 10% of the votes actually cast. That was not a big enough message.
