The problem is the way we did our study and our data.... We were turned down here in the US using the same information. It took a FDA approved, non clinical study to prove that Belviq did not cause the Prolactin increase in the mice which caused the tumors. The EU rejected this one off study that was custom designed to address FDA concerns, and its findings. Swiss and Canada had the same concerns.
Problem is that they keep submitting the same package expecting different results... I guess Craig Audit is not very effective as the Global Regulatory Expert...
The 2 generic drugs have been approved in EU for years. So getting approved was never a major concern. Docs have been able to script the combo for years, but the long term use is a concern for many doctors.
Before you call someone a liar you might want to make sure you are in the right and have actually looked at the pictures and read all of the text. Not just scan it for the word Belviq.. Because they only use the name once in the entire 4 page article.
It is right in plain sight for all to see.....
Lets see if you are adult enough to correct your mistake and admit you were wrong.
Right above the RED writing that says three ways L-arginine zaps fat.
"In fact, when he looked at his findings in relation to a newly FDA-approved weight-loss drug called Belviq, he realized that L-arginine delivered slightly more impressive belly-fat loss -- without harmful side effects"
Not sure why I have to type this because you cant read it... I like the last part to me it implies that if you go the Belviq route you will have harmful side effects... and lose less belly fat.
Go back and look again. I posted the front of the magazine and the 4 page article. It is on the second page, 4/5 the way down the first column.
Short interest keep climbing into the pumps, so you think we are going to 11? That is what they want everyone buying their short shares to believe.
Never said Ackman was buying. PSCM manages money for a ton of people and has prime brokerage services, not just a hedge fund.
A flag that some trading went through that is all.
No way of knowing who the buys are for. Could be a private account, could be a private equity fund, a hedge fund. They have tons of accounts they manage....
Using my new smart phone and did not read the entire name. Saw that after the fact, however, I stated I would post it so I did.
I should have ignored the post since the name is a direct slander against you.
yeah I didn't look at that too closely but I responded anyway and since I committed to posting the pictures I did that way people know when I say something it's truthful
took me a little longer than I thought to find the magazine after we got back from Punta Cana
sorry I didn't get it done last night but I did get it posted on my Twitter account this morning so go to Twitter hashtag and then my username on this board.
Just starting out they want homeruns to get their returns up to attract more money. Good sign those that are long term minded are loading up.
Most money managers and in estors are familar with the initials stand for Pershing Square Capital Management
I will take pictures and post on my twitter tonight. Twitter name same as this one.
women's magazines. They were selling a new and healthy weight loss supplement. The amino acid was acclaimed and a easier and healthier way to lose weight. They even went so far as to compare themselves to BELVIQ, saying that they are more effective then the newest and hottest weight loss drug.
Also we now have 2 companies that have tried to sell fake/counterfeit Belviq out of China
What is the point you ask?
Obviously those trying to capitalize on this market have done their research and know that Belviq is a winner and is going to continue to grow... Slowly and surely will win this race.
PSCM is buying....
I think it does have some influence on potential investors looking into investing. Like it or not a person will come to an active message board and read and seek input from both sides to test the waters and the thesis of both sides of the trade. Is it wise? Probably not. Does it happen? You bet..
If a board is totally devoid of any real information either long or short, investors will rely on blogs, media and the personalities like JC, SO, and AF. Who have been anointed by the media and stock gurus.. Leading thousands of investors down the path of destruction.
Yet hardly anyone showed up to the Shareholder meetings and no one has started a shareholder revolt against management. Other then message boards which do nothing to intimidate management nothing has been addressed.
