    Buyout a strong possibility

    by jd39souza98 May 28, 2014 4:48 PM lux19insm May 28, 2014 9:15 PM Flag

I agree blueyed.....although I'm sure Merck and Ipsen know the full value of iPlex. So you never know - they could make a bid for insm valuing insm with it's full iPlex potential. The longer they wait the more it's going to cost them. I'm sure either big pharma would start iPlex up immediately. I highly doubt the patent issues would hold ground anymore when we know they can get around it with the right legal team.

    Partners by end of June

    by lux19insm May 21, 2014 10:48 PM lux19insm May 22, 2014 5:43 PM Flag

IF we have two pharmas that have been wanting to partner with insm for quite some time.......what are they waiting for? Could they be Merck and Ipsen? We know Merck is somewhere in the mix since y have bought the only two facilities to manufacture iPlex.

If I remember correctly Lewis said all partners will be announced by end of June. So who will they be and will this include if insm is still a traget for a buyout? Obviously iPlex is worth something to big pharma so will we see any partners finally for iPlex? Remember Ipsen hasn't made increlex for over a year - will we finally have all parties involved for both iPlex and Arikayce by the end of June? What will the pps be then?
