CI was not going to sell while his holdings were under water and. Now that changeover in customer payment plan is almost complete its possible sale time.Of course they still have plenty of ways to cut costs.They have one of the poorest sales/per employee ratio in the tech universe..most likely that can be corrected.A buyer might feel Nuance is under priced based on the streamlining that could be done.A buyers existing sales force could probably handle the Nuance products. Plenty of synergies as usual.
I agree RR/CI have been Buds for the last yea;;not just for one earnings report. CI did not come here for a $2 gain Something else going on.
Who does he work for? Does he tell lies or half truths? Is he trying to manipulate the price of the sock? Why all these negative posts if he doesn't hold/short any stock.
IBM would be my candidate to buy out Nuance;,maybe a delay because IBM has a tax issue currently but who knows. At any rate EPS should benefit because the change over in billing should be at an end and of course ICD10. Good luck to all longs.

You are exactly correct; do you remember just prior to the merger that CAER had such good sales and we found out later that the combined co.could not sell much because they had to work off the prior phoney sales?
