On how the management is going to react to the news, still do not understand why the lender would trow such curve ball, what do hey have to gain by doing this...
I t is also obvious that many investors new this was going to happen looking by looking at the trading pattern the last few days, so will see soon enough I hope.
That the same bozo that was telling you to sell GNW when trading at $2.40 couple weeks ago, he should ease-up on the white powder, that's the real issue.
Not at all but 43% gross margin is not to shabby, this would leave under proper management about 10 to 12% net profit maybe more with expenses in check; while I understand R/D and CAPEX spending, the extravagant amount of expenses is on the loose and this as been going on for to long; the part I have hard time to swallow is the 11 millions paid royalties, for what? as one mentioned, the best think that could happen to this Co. would be a drastic management change; lets hope the CFO has is head together at the mid time.
Let's be honest here, you have tones of garbage Co's loosing money like crazy that will never make a dime in their life span, bleeding cash like crazy and trading at a premium price! so give me a break, a 500+ millions Co with a business growing, a great tech. perhaps with not the best management at the helm BUT trading at 0.38, this got to be the biggest joke in WS!
I hope it goes lower so I can load-up the truck, this company has to be a prime target candidate for takeover, thus cleaning-up the garbage, before the firework.
Quite right, but WS like fluff and you get plenty of it everyday, couple examples: GNW business loosing steam Y/Y but price was UP after reporting. YRCW quarterly loss, plenty debt. but stock goes-up, etc.. in comparison QTM projections are up, many new deals, bright future and look at the price and stats...the way I see it, you have strong determinations to pick-up what appears to be the losers and also to be a bit of visionary to see opportunities unfolding like PACD, it may take longer than expected to come to fruition but at the end, one should handsomely rewarded.
But like "Buffon" said "le genie n'est pas une aptitude a a la patience" so go figure, perhaps he wasn't aware of the stock market at that time or to busy studying animals evolution.
They loosing money on each piece of equipment that's been produced and they never posted a profit EVER making you wonder on how long they can stay afloat, 19% gross margin just don't cut it.
