Baked in the current SP? What are you talking about?
On 12/31/2014 the closing SP was $0.63. After a 1 for 10 RS on 11/03/2015 it was $1.35 on 12/31/2015 down from $4.80 after the RS..
Where does it sit right now? In the .70s. Just like the RS never happened.
It will be in the .50s after the earnings-less report comes out, if not before.
That's no way to treat "a vertically integrated provider of industry-leading diagnostics and supportive software solutions to healthcare providers."
Nope, I counted correctly. March 15th marked 30 days.
Pretty amazing, 439K shares traded and no news.
The requirement states, "below the $1.00 minimum closing bid price". The 'closing bid' isn't listed in Yahoo's Historical Prices which was what I was using. Even with today's action they still haven't closed above $1.00, according to Yahoo. I doubt the bid price will ever be above the closing price for this stock.
What do you think the closing price will be next Friday?
If a company trades for 30 consecutive business days below the $1.00 minimum closing bid price requirement, Nasdaq will send a deficiency notice to the company, advising that it has been afforded a "compliance period" of 180 calendar days to regain compliance with the applicable requirements.
The last time RNVA closed above $1.00 was on February 1, 2016. March 15th is the 29th day below $1.00 closing price. Although the closing price may not be the closing bid price, it's close enough.
You never know, RNVA just may pop tomorrow.
Keep looking, there's nothing here and there won't be any time soon.
The company just went through an M&A, MMMS and CLRX. CLRX is located in Californication and is the result of TGAL (a failed semiconductor equipment manufacturer) merging with a private health diagnostic company a few years back. Before becoming a diagnostic company TGAL tried to be a solar manufacturer of sorts but failed at that also. So a couple of reverse splits later and a few name changes here we are at RNVA.
Your dollars should be invested elsewhere.
There won't be a delisting notice for a while yet. They closed at $1.02 on February 1st thereby ending the sixteen day sub $1.00 closing price streak. Don't fret, you know it's coming.
