    Theory #13:
This crime, government intervention, and all things transpired over the last 2 years has been planned. If this was all fraud, why wouldn't Zhu have sold his shares in the market and tucked this away. I think the PRC wanted this business for CCA and wanted to get this from Liwa. I now think Zhu will be treated very well by the PRC and likely will be involved with this company when it is a SOE. Without Zhu selling these shares, I can not understand the fraud especially if the cash is there. I still have a fundamental problem with the additional buildings, the addition of the smelters, the pre-sold capacity from the smelters, and then nothing....production stopped. Time will tell but I think Zhues will be back under SOE. In reality, I have no idea of what is going on with my gamble, but something still does not smell right with a pure fraud scenario. Isn't a fraud suppose to be a large gain by someone? If Zhues didn't cash out and the cash is still there, who was the big winner? Just rambling, but I continue to be pulled back into this wild story. I just want to know how this plays out as mentally I already accepted a 100% loss.

If we don't get a response today, I am selling everything I own. Any buyers out there?? Will barter or take IOU's (likely better than nothing)

I think I may call up one of those institutions to see what there appetite for more is.

Violating US controlled SEC while living in China means nothing to him. Do you really think the SEC will go after them personally? What could they do? The SEC will go after the company and this will hurt shareholders not Zhues. I think Daphne's career is over and she will be removed. So you will have no CEO, COO, CFO. Sounds like we have lost this one. Believe me it stings as I lost a significant amount of money, but am accepting a known gamble, just didn't think Zheus was a criminal. If the cash is there and Zheus didn't cash much of his stock out, I will be very surprised. I hope we all get something out of this, but be mentally prepared for an SEC investigation that is drawn out and not positive for us. Bruce and Daphne have not responded because they have no idea what is or has been going on for several years now. This is exactly how Zheus wanted it. A CFO from a respectable firm thousands of miles away across the pond. Keep in mind that this thing was uncorked by a remote local article which was month old. The slowness of this information to reach the states is an indication of how really blind US investors (including institutions) are to PRC investing. Truth hurts, just have to deal with it.

I often wondered how the PPS was falling while the shorts were covering and institutions (also suckers ElPaso). Now we know. It was because this con artist was selling his shares without disclosing. The business was going South so he maintained a growth image (bldgs. and cash) that investors were clinging to. What is the risk of investing in a company with confirmed cash (90MM at one point), growing revenue, and a cash pile that was at 200MM (PPS 6.67) when the price was in the mid 5's. The owner was the primary share holder (skin in the game) and institutions were buying. He kept the revenue, income, and cash story going all the while he likely dumped his stock and did not report thus no PPS increase and shorts covered. Zheus fooled everyone...His board, retail stockholder, short, institutional stockholder, and suppliers. He actually did a masterfull job if you look at. He likely flushed all the 90MM to keep this going and cashed out 100MM of stock. The truth will be know soon. We do have the buildings, land, and hard assets. I think I will request the best chair in the company to be shipped back to the states. I will then execute every trade in the future out of that chair reminding me how gullible I was on this stock. When the first set of institution rolled out so should have I.
Like I said in an earlier post, take the lesson and move on.

I think your exactly right on again. Zheus has had a plan all along. The cash will be out of the company and in his Weath Management....(whatever Zhues shares are in) entity. Soon to be transferred to another company. He likely has CCA wire contracts in hand and a buyer, another company, teed up to purchase. He steels the cash, another company knowing their are customers (government) ready to purchase. They buy on the cheep the hard resources are absorbed by the purchaser and production of CCA wire to the government begins. Zheus wins, new company wins (Zhues has a buddy), and government wins. Stockholders unfortunately are not so likely in this "amiss" situation that Cigro so astutely points out. Positive...nice tax write-off.. Move on and don't get a sore neck looking at the accident across the Pacific!!

I like to know who is real and who is not. What is the last four digits of that number you have. I have received an email response from her today and have talked to her via a cell phone is the past. Her email directed me to Bob Bruce with his contact information. I want to know who is real hear so prove yourself. I lost some significant money if this is truly a fraud, but did bail out of 75% of my position when I read the article as I knew this would get pounced on. I am surprised by no additional comment by the company so I am not holding out hope but mentally absorbed the loss already. I think there is a reason why the board is made up of the people and location they are in. They too likely got defrauded. The article still is the best explanation for the occurrences over the last 1.5yrs so is likely the most probable case. However, this gamble has always been just that and I likely lost this one, but learned a great deal in the process. Experience sometimes hurts!!

  • I will not be inviting Zhues over for dinner, cigar, and brandy. I don't particular care for the punk!!

I think Zhu is magical. Watch the ball under the shell the best you can and take a guess!!! Like I have been saying for over a year. This feels more like gambling than anything else. What is incredible for me is that El Paso still thinks the institutional buying means something and the chinese government changes will allow Liwa (Zhues) to show us the money. I would settle for a bank account statement showing the balances independently verified. This one siimple act would put the stock value at cash $6+. Is that really asking too much of a legitimate company not to mention a public company! Looks like shxt, smells like shxt, feels like shxt but really a rose!!!

You are right on point there. This story would answer all the other reasons us longs have been using to justify his actions. I think he has all his employees, directors, and IR fooled as well. Zhu is my absolute hero!! He even failed at his con game as he could not cash out. Daphne, you may get a free pass to the local SEC office for questioning. I hope she has dual citizenship!!

You are correct. It is just too simple to bomb this stock. I took a look at the article and dumped 20K shares in about an hour in the 4.58~ 4.63 range. Still have some shares, but just too difficult to justify holding. I think I will buy that wake board boat for my kids with the dump to ease the pain of this hold and prayer.

It has been interesting to say the least!!!
