Oh and don't forget about the Whales. They were coming twice a week for 6 months. The TSTC was a great call as well. I am glad Beachy is a downside predictor of this site as his track record looks positive for the longs.

You must be emailing from Colorado, this will not sell below cash if it happens. Yong and Liwa are very different in many ways from a balance sheet perspective.

    Short Interest Drop

We held this stock for the past 4 years during one of the biggest bull markets in history. We are equally inept in our tactical move. Zhues has not interest in stockholder as he already has his money and golden goose for on-going cash generation. Exiting shorts and longs are just understanding this fact. The remaining shorts and longs are either too stubborn (this is my group) or willing to hold on for a bigger payday.

    From Zheus,
Dear board of Directors.. I will give you 40K of shares in exchange: You will not buy any additional shares (that would drive up the price). You will keep you mouth shut related to any business happenings. I will do a buyout in the near future which will for your gain. I will send updates to the CFO, living in the US, every quarter and if you have questions, please stay on the line after the CC and I will give you details on the buyout as I see it happening.
Thank you for your cooperation with my private company with growth funding from my US investment friends for which I need nothing else so communication to them is not needed.

    Thanks Zheus!!

  • Since he is controlling everything.
Since he turned his noses up to institutional investors
Since he has orphaned the common shareholder
Since he controls everything the CFO is aloud to put out
Since he give know updates to the PR group to release anything
Since he is above the SEC and doesn't think he needs to report material events except on CC.

I will forever refer to him as ZHUES the God of Liwa!!!!
Poor Daphne, living in the US, is going to find her self used and abused at some point in the future. I think she is a good person, but without the ability to do or speak freely she is flirting with SEC fire.

Still holding for the cash buyout coming to a theatre near you soon.

  • If you look at it from the purity of the business development standpoint, this company has done superb. There are a lot of companies that would die for a balance sheet like that with the cash flow coming in consistently. The PROBLEM??? How to unlock that cash flow and balance sheet and return it to the shareholder. Without this answer everything will stay as it is....Burnsey what is the GroundHog Day Count? They do not want to address this for some reason and that reason is either a MBO (more likely) or they need it for some big Pie in the sky product (CCA) which I personally do not think is the Holy Grail but just a carrot to string us along. MBO will not be below cash but right at cash and will happen if the CCA wire business looks like it may take off. If no big CCA prospect, the cash will continue to grow, the stock will flounder, and the MBO will come when Zhu wants it to happen. In the end, he will still get his money and he will Maximize his Investment. This will drive the direction...not short position, not inst. investors, not shareholders, not this board,....just Zhu. God of Lihua International!!!

I found it thank you very much.

    Results of Operations, page 32

    7. We note you attribute the decline in sales volumes of CCA and copper wire products during the period ended September 30, 2013 to “the temporary suspension of production for about 10 days as a result of drawing machine relocation from the old plant to a new factory on the 30-acre site, to better streamline all wire production, and create space for new product and test equipment in the old factory.” Since we assume the relocation was scheduled and known for some time, it appears to us it was a known event, likely to impact your results of operations, which should have been disclosed and discussed in prior exchange act filings. Please revise future filings to disclose and discuss known events and/or trends that may impact your results of operations on a timely basis.

    Mr. John Cash
    U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

Response: The decision to relocate the old drawing machines was made in the third quarter, after the Company hired a new head manager of Lihua Electron on July 1, 2013. The relocation of old drawing machines to be adjacent to the new drawing machine factory was a result of the new manager’s operational review and decision. In future filings the Company will disclose and discuss any known events and/or trends that may impact our results of operations on a timely basis.

Where did you find this SEC response?

  • m32hegemann m32hegemann Mar 12, 2014 9:50 PM Flag

Report a bad quarter, be late on the next one, get rid of your American CFO who only visits the facility occasionally, make no more CCA announcement and you have 1 more year.
You have to remember, he doesn't need anything from US market or stockholder at this point. If his balance sheet and income statement is correct he has the capital and cash flow to keep growing this thing in the same manner he has been, take it private,.....Anyway you get the idea Zhu is God!!! ...and on the & 7th day Zhu did what....that decision will finalize the Liwa world he created in whatever direction he wants to take it.

Still kidding yourself. Believe me he has two strong weapons at his disposal. Time which cause investor fatigue and being in China listed on a US exchange. If you don't think he has the ability to report a bad quarter or file very late or do something to cause a stir you are fooling yourself. His integrity that he will stay in the US is all we have and that is a gamble. This thing is going to break one way or the other. For me, this is gambling with more potential for a very large gain than the slightly more beaten down option. Again, if you don't think he can generate some self killing news you are being very naïve.

They have been so tight lipped about everything, do you think they will announce when the conference call prior to holding it? Based on the interest they should just tweet a couple of numbers and be done with it. Don't need to hear the narrative as all of us love to feel in the countless wholes in the plan on this board. What else would we do with our time if we didn't have to explain why Ground Hog Day never changes. SOB still can't have my shares though...NO MBO.

  • m32hegemann by m32hegemann Mar 5, 2014 1:54 PM Flag

Who's votes count in a MBO?

  • m32hegemann m32hegemann Mar 5, 2014 10:04 AM Flag

What do you think they will do run this to $5.00 and keep it there for 4 years. Something has got to can't have company producing cash every quarter and have 188MM on the balance sheet with no debt and keep it down forever. I do think the plan was/is to have a poor quarter (likely a loss) blamed on whatever (you pick the reason) and take it private. I hate that prospect as my patience deserves more return. I like the fact that YONG did not accept which bodes well for LIWA. If YONG was a successful BO and relisted with success, I think it paved the path for others to follow. Longs...hold strong and eventually we may be rewarded. Or....we will all continue to post to this board for another 4 years convincing ourselves that day is still coming. I said it a long time ago...Liwa investing is more like gambling than anything else. We will will big or lose big there is not middle ground.

  • m32hegemann m32hegemann Mar 5, 2014 9:21 AM Flag

Now this is very interesting!!! Great news for us die hard longs looking for an eventual multiple for our patients. I though the YONG deal would go get approved. I may just have to start buying again.

You finally got it. This is what I have thought and been saying for over a year now. I don't think he can get this for under cash, but I don't think this quarter will be a good one. ZHU is God in his world and we are the peasants.
