revenues, margins, future plans/products.....that's it.
often perceive things only from one's own self-interest.
If SZYM were to divulge volume numbers of product for the coming year, someone who has intimate knowledge of industries could quickly figure out who the customers are....not to mention the FACT that SZYM is forbidden from divulging anything in the first place by the customers themselves.
Do you really think that some former supplier to Unilever didn't see the 10K MT drop in projections for next year some time ago?
These are supply chains as old as the 'silk road'.
And until ozarkdevil holds up a picture of himself with todays newspaper on the ADM property while posting on this message board, he is full of BS.
100000 gallons was jet fuel.
Solazyme provided 50000 gallons value add Algae oil to raise grease up to spec.
The 350000 gallons was all tyson dynamic ship fuel......you can run a ship on nearly anything.
Jets are a different story.
Please stop summoning this idiot to this board or you will be considered part of the problem.
I can't believe this is still a point of contention.
Now you are just being a drama queen.
The stuff either works or it doesnt , and produces anticipated margins.....that is ALL that matters.
Everything else is background noise.
Investors know that management will take full advantage of the latest acquisition and quickly integrate and monetize spent capital.
Top tier CEO is running the show.
Leadership beats everything else every time.
That makes some people sell and some people NOT BUY!!, which in effect, is the same thing.
Two out of three ain't bad.
For those who don't know, the MM, or specialist as they used to call them, is the one doing the lion's share of the shorting. He has two accounts to trade from, one short and one long.
He will use short account to accumulate at lower prices and distribute later at much higher prices.
Every stock goes through this, some may take years between peaks and valleys, and visa versa.
99 percent of people haven't the stomach for the market and fall prey to such things as confirmation bias.
The odds that there are a bunch of people on this board that have made money in the market on a consistent basis are not very good.
If you believe this solazyme stuff works, and produces expected margins, you would be doing nothing but buying at these levels.
Solazyme could make two dollars a share and if the specialist isn't ready to walk it up, it will go nowhere.
Once you know the game, it's easy.
