  • Today was good, they released a positive PR that moved the share price up a little, tomorrow they need to follow through with another PR informing us shareholders how many Podiatrists they signed up at the Podiatric convention in Orlando, Florida last weekend.

I cannot believe Blackrock and Sabby are sitting by quietly as the share price of NURO erodes away. It is in everyone's best interest, Management and shareholders alike to start aggressively marketing DPN-Check, Sensus and Quell to All the venues available to them, Retail, Big Box Drug chains and all the online venues like Ebay, Amazon, HSN and QVC.

If Shai and Tom start cracking the whip, they wont need a reverse split to get the Stock back into compliance with Nasdaq, the PPS of NURO will quickly rise above par and remain there and continue to rise.

Management has to convey that they have confidence in Neurometrix's future and are ready to lead the company to infinity and beyond.
Good Luck to All current and future shareholders.

Bloomberg website states CEO of Neurometrix, Dr. Shai Gozani made 854,000,00 K in 2014 as total compensation, that's a lot of dineros.

Great idea, someone like Donald Trump who can be a pain in the #$%$, he would give the Quell product a lot of exposure with his outgoing personality, or even Bill and Hillary Clinton two golden oldies who probably suffer from back pain and could really tout the Quell product to the aging population. Or maybe Bill Cosby and we could modify the product a bit and attach it to his balls and give a remote controller to all of his female victims so they could get their revenge by zapping him 24/7. A bit off topic, sorry

Excellent Reply, Well thought out and to the point. The biggest shareholders are Blackrock and Sabby and they both purchased shares at much higher prices, so they too are in the RED just like us. Like Carl Icahn said to Larry Fink from Blackrock last week on CNBC, He told Larry "You have to be more of an activist than a passive shareholder" Everyone who owns NURO stock is underwater with the stock making new lower lows every day.

I concur with you entirely, My point is, What is Management waiting for? Quarter after quarter the same old BS. If I were running NURO, I would have the Quell, Sensus and DPN products listed on every online venue available. You have to aggressively seek out customers for Quell in order to meet or beat your quarterly numbers. It surely seems as if management has no regard for its shareholders, as soon as the PPS dropped below par they should of began an aggressive damage control program to get the stock PPS back into Nasdaq compliance, not by a reverse split but by increasing sales and earnings.

  • Amazon blew away earnings expectations last night and the stock is soaring this morning. Just think of the exposure Neurometrix's Quell device would receive if it was being marketed on the Amazon website. I don't know about you guys but I go to Amazon and Ebay and even Groupon whenever I need something for my home or business. I buy all my childrens, College school books on Amazon, chemicals for my pool, toner cartridges for my printers, heck if I had back pains or Diabetic Neuropathy I would surely buy a Sensus or Quell device through Amazon, Ebay or Groupon. I believe the easiest, most cost effective and immediate solution to enhance the sales prospects for NURO's products are the online venues mentioned above. Entering the bricks and mortar retail space is a bit more time consuming and costly but will be just as rewarding in the long run. The only question is, will NURO still be a viable concern a year or two from now if they don't act immediately to stop the bleeding and begin to aggressively market their products. Good Luck to All

I totally agree, there are too many TENS products out there already and new ones being developed every day, If management takes too long marketing Quell, they will surely miss the boat on the golden opportunity that is their's for the taking. Shareholders are getting very frustrated with Neurometrix's lack luster, lazy stance at marketing Quell. They have to take advantage of the limited window of opportunity available to market Quell, Icy Hot has a TENS product and a will surely eat NURO's lunch is they let them. I will repeat my Plea to Management, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE

  • I sure hope that the Neurometric Management team is busy promoting all their products, DPN Check, Sensus and Quell at the APMA Annual Scientific Meeting in Beautiful Orlando Florida being held from today thru Sunday, at the Marriot World Center, right outside Disney World, lets hope they get some good sales leads or connect with a big medical device manufacturer like Johnson & Johnson, or Edwards Life Sciences or even Allergan to help them sell their products. Lets Hope they are working diligently for the benefit of the shareholders and not playing with their Mickeys.

    We need a new plan

The current management seems to be lacking credibility, the street does not take them seriously, look at todays price action, investors are confused as to whether to hold or sell their shares because of the lack of confidence in the management team. Is Quell a unique product that rivals the competitors or is it just another TENS device, management has to explain the advantages Quell has over its competitors. If they just sit by and Do or Say nothing, sales will languish and their Quell product will quickly become a flash in the pan. Now is not the time for Complacency, there are not too many ticks down to the big ZERO.

WE need a voice, Maybe we should write to Larry Fink, he holds a stake in NURO, I believe he might be their largest stake holder, Blackrock. But he is a passive investor, he does not aggressively confront management as Carl Icahn argued he should on CNBC last week. We could ask him shake things up with NURO's lackluster management team. Its worth a try.

No, they are too soft, we need Carl Icahn,, Nelson Peltz, Bill Ackman or Dan Loeb, they go right for the juggler, they take no prisoners, and quickly turn around mis-managed companies.
I see we received a press release a few minutes ago, maybe management is listening. Do SOMETHING, Anything is better than nothing. Time is of the Essence!!!!!!

I Agree, if management becomes pro-active, the sales will zoom higher, and everyone will be happy, the million dollar question is? Is the current management right for this company? Or are they too complacent and need to be replaced? We might have to contact Carl Icahn or Dan Loeb to shake things up a bit.

I agree 100%, Management can't keep milking the company dry, we need positive results, the ship is sinking, its time to @hit or get off the pot. The PPS is fading away, the shareholders need action, not more empty chatter.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • A reverse split is Not the answer to the Nasdaq non compliance letter, that is only a Band-Aid solution, that is temporary, Management needs to address the situation with a positive solution, not some reverse split that will accomplish nothing. They need to list the Quell product today July 22, 2015, not tomorrow on Amazon and Ebay and Groupon, its a positive start that will surely bring the stock back into compliance. They could also issue a press release stating top management will take a pay freeze effectively immediately, that will stay in effect until the share price goes over $2.50, why should management continue to receive huge compensation packages at the shareholders expense. That will surely get the Stock price back into compliance.
They could hire Goldman Sachs to explore a purchaser for the company while there is still some goodwill remaining. Something has to be done, Today!!!!!

Its Not too late, They could easily boost sales with an listing agreement on Amazon and Ebay, that could begin today, No need to explore, Hell, I will write the ads for Ebay and Amazon and have Quell listed by tomorrow morning. Time is of the essence.

I agree completely, If management continues to be complacent, they will need more money by the end of 2015. Quell needs to be aggressively marketed or it will fall to the way side and be replaced by ICY Hot and Pfizer drugs, Quell only has so many days in the sun before it loses its shine.

As shareholders we have to become activists, we have to participate in the conference calls, and e-mail Tom and Shai and pressure them to be pro-active and get the ball rolling on this Quell product before its too late. IF we do nothing, Management will do nothing. Lets go fellow shareholders, rise up, enough is enough.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Shai and Tom stated they are open to big chain pharmacies like CVS, Rita Aid and Walgreens, even Walmart for that matter, When asked about Japan and China they said they would have to seek the same regulatory approvals they pursued with DPN Check. Tom stated they received a non compliance letter from Nasdaq and will do a reverse split in the near future to bring the stock back into compliance. Also they are filling the orders for Quell as they are received and there is No significant backlog for the Quell product. They also stated that the demand for Quell is holding steady and will surely increase when they start running banner ads online.
Its just sad that the only call in was a shareholder from New Jersey with a vested interest in the company and no corporate participation in the CC. I think if they begin to aggressively market their products via the online venues the revenues and earnings will surely pick up. When asked about online venues like Amazon and Ebay they said they will surely explore all the online outlets available.

    Good Luck to All
