Is it time for a new Marketing Person?

I Totally Agree. The time for Quell is Now! With all the Icy Hot commercials featuring Shaq, and the other TENS products that compete with Quell, The time to act is Now, Management cannot wait a few quarters out to realize this. If they snooze, we all lose.

  • Dr. Shai Gozani, President and CEO of Neurometrix made 3 large purchases of his company stock over the past 3 weeks. On July 27, 2015 he purchased 33,000 shares in the open market at .757 per share, On July 31, 2015 he purchased 17,857 shares in the open market at .8366 per share and just 3 days ago on August 11, 2015 he purchased 16300 shares in the open market at .9137 per share for a total share purchase of 67,157 shares over the past 3 weeks. In my opinion, this is a real sign of confidence in the future of Neurometrix. If Management is willing to put their money where their mouth is and take a vested interest alongside its shareholders and feel the pain and enjoy the rewards the shareholders feel. I believe it conveys that management has confidence in all of Neurometrix's products, Quell, DPN-Check and Sensus.

THIS is why the stock WILL NOT go higher

That's OLD news, we all felt the pain as we went through that secondary a few months ago and NURO's PPS suffered severely, Management is using the $14 million raised from that offering to market Quell and increase future revenues and profits.

Look to the future, the yesterday is gone and cannot be changed, but remember the past because those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it. I remember when Apple brought in John Scully from PepsiCo and they got rid of Steve Jobs and Apples stock languished around 2 dollars a share, people were saying APPL was dead back then and will never go higher.

Management has become more proactive since the release of Quell, they are aggressively marketing their new product and keeping shareholders and investors informed with their steady flow of press releases. Management can quickly turn this microcap stock around and return to profitability. They are buying NURO shares in the open market which is surely a sign of confidence. GLTA

  • Back in 2008, I was running 4 accounts mostly trading financials, it was during the US financial crisis, I did not know it but I was going thru a nervous breakdown, First signs were abnormal sleep, then the constant leg tapping and anxiety attacks which feel like heart attacks, I would start my day up 50 to 75% from shorting LEH and BS, I was even up 75% one morning on a Wachovia long position and felt nothing, no happiness or joy when I was making a lot of money. I went to Gastroenterologist who did the double dip, nothing wrong with upper or lower GI tract, then went to Deborah Heart and lung center and had diagnostic catherization, heart was as clean as a whistle, then went to my personal doctor and ordered every blood test available, all came back clean. I did not know what was wrong with me???? Finally my Personal doctor said maybe your going nuts, Bingo, he was right, chemical imbalance in my brain, first psychiatrist put me on horse pills, I threw them away, second Psych put me on Xanax which has a half life of about 4 hours, Horrible drug!!!!! Third Psychiatrist put me on Ativan which saved my life but took me 2 years to ween off it. I know first hand about the constant leg movement associated with RLS and only wish they had a device like Quell back in 2008, I dreaded taking them dam Benzodiazepines. The sleep deprivation really affects your productivity and makes you very irritable. Another sign of mental illness besides the Restless Leg Syndrome is the absence of erections, your sex drive is non existant. Fast forward 8 years and I am back to 100% and my sex drive is back to normal and I get 2 or 3 woody's every night during my sleep. RLS is a very serious symptom of many illnesses and anything that offers comfort is surely welcome by the person suffering from that disease. Now, I have a daughter who wants to go to University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business in Philly and she is driving me crazy, LOL GLTA

  • I sure hope that the Neurometric Management team is busy promoting all their products, DPN Check, Sensus and Quell at the APMA Annual Scientific Meeting in Beautiful Orlando Florida being held from today thru Sunday, at the Marriot World Center, right outside Disney World, lets hope they get some good sales leads or connect with a big medical device manufacturer like Johnson & Johnson, or Edwards Life Sciences or even Allergan to help them sell their products. Lets Hope they are working diligently for the benefit of the shareholders and not playing with their Mickeys.

Its Not too late, They could easily boost sales with an listing agreement on Amazon and Ebay, that could begin today, No need to explore, Hell, I will write the ads for Ebay and Amazon and have Quell listed by tomorrow morning. Time is of the essence.

New Television Commercial on ABC 7 in New York Area

    by macuder Jun 16, 2015 10:52 AM

What if they were to feature Quell on Amazon and Ebay and Alibaba (Chinese Market) and Groupon and HSN and QVC, Now you are talking a rocket ride to another galaxy in sales. They can not limit their scope to just 100 doctors offices they have to market Quell on a grand scale, so what if they can't keep up with production they can always outsource production to a third party.

The more eyes that see Quell the more potential sales. IMHO

  • I was watching Wheel of Fortune last evening and during the commercial break there was Cedric the Entertainer in a Step-on-up television commercial, he was talking about Diabetic Nerve Pain (Neuropathy), And people don't have to suffer any more, there is relief for Diabetic Nerve Pain, just tell your doctor and he will be able to help you eliminate nerve pain. Step-On -up is the campaign.

I wonder if NURO is affiliated with the Step-on-up campaign?????

    I sure Hope so.

Excellent Reply, Well thought out and to the point. The biggest shareholders are Blackrock and Sabby and they both purchased shares at much higher prices, so they too are in the RED just like us. Like Carl Icahn said to Larry Fink from Blackrock last week on CNBC, He told Larry "You have to be more of an activist than a passive shareholder" Everyone who owns NURO stock is underwater with the stock making new lower lows every day.

    Nasdaq Non-Compliance Letter

I agree 100%, Management can't keep milking the company dry, we need positive results, the ship is sinking, its time to @hit or get off the pot. The PPS is fading away, the shareholders need action, not more empty chatter.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • A reverse split is Not the answer to the Nasdaq non compliance letter, that is only a Band-Aid solution, that is temporary, Management needs to address the situation with a positive solution, not some reverse split that will accomplish nothing. They need to list the Quell product today July 22, 2015, not tomorrow on Amazon and Ebay and Groupon, its a positive start that will surely bring the stock back into compliance. They could also issue a press release stating top management will take a pay freeze effectively immediately, that will stay in effect until the share price goes over $2.50, why should management continue to receive huge compensation packages at the shareholders expense. That will surely get the Stock price back into compliance.
They could hire Goldman Sachs to explore a purchaser for the company while there is still some goodwill remaining. Something has to be done, Today!!!!!

WE need a voice, Maybe we should write to Larry Fink, he holds a stake in NURO, I believe he might be their largest stake holder, Blackrock. But he is a passive investor, he does not aggressively confront management as Carl Icahn argued he should on CNBC last week. We could ask him shake things up with NURO's lackluster management team. Its worth a try.

Management going to start agressively marketing Quell

I agree completely, If management continues to be complacent, they will need more money by the end of 2015. Quell needs to be aggressively marketed or it will fall to the way side and be replaced by ICY Hot and Pfizer drugs, Quell only has so many days in the sun before it loses its shine.

As shareholders we have to become activists, we have to participate in the conference calls, and e-mail Tom and Shai and pressure them to be pro-active and get the ball rolling on this Quell product before its too late. IF we do nothing, Management will do nothing. Lets go fellow shareholders, rise up, enough is enough.

I totally agree, there are too many TENS products out there already and new ones being developed every day, If management takes too long marketing Quell, they will surely miss the boat on the golden opportunity that is their's for the taking. Shareholders are getting very frustrated with Neurometrix's lack luster, lazy stance at marketing Quell. They have to take advantage of the limited window of opportunity available to market Quell, Icy Hot has a TENS product and a will surely eat NURO's lunch is they let them. I will repeat my Plea to Management, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE

The Potential market for the Quell product is enormous, if Advantage Consumer Healthcare gets the ball rolling with Quell and quickly gets the product into the big box retailers like Walmart and Target and the chain pharmacies like CVS, Rite-Aid and Walgreens and even the online venues like Amazon, Ebay, Groupon and the shopping clubs like Costco and Sams Club and lets not forget QVC and HSN the sales of the Quell product will skyrocket and the PPS will follow suit.

Remember this product is a replacement and supplement for the opiates which are the current line of defense for severe back and joint pain. And everyone knows that the opiate epidemic is out of control in America especially among unsuspecting women and children.

Excellent Point, Pill Mills are popping up all over the nation and are starting to affect many women and children who think they can play with the Vikeys, and Oxys unaware that they are nothing more than synthetic heroin. Here in North Jersey people are eating the benzos (Xanax and Ativan) like candy. We need an alternative like Quell desperately to get them back on track.

  • The Sec filing showing Dr. Shai Gozani making two purchases of NURO's stock in the open market shows that he believes in the future of NURO. That is a positive move and reassures shareholders that the CEO is willing to put his money where his mouth is.

If NURO continues to issue positive press releases and updates its shareholders on the progress of Quell's sales numbers, and as Shai and Tom stated in the conference call introduce Quell into the Japanese and Chinese markets, the Japanese market is much easier to receive regulatory approval than the Chinese market but both will surely increase the sales of Quell dramatically.

I still think they need to quickly expand their marketing campaign for Quell, Let go Shai and Tom, list it today on Ebay and Amazon, sales will skyrocket overnight with the exposure the product will receive. QVC and HSN will address the aging population market that surely needs a product like Quell for all their aches and pains, the Benzos and Oxys are turning our aging population into drug addicts. Big Box retail and chain drug stores like CVS, Rite-Aid and Walgreens are another viable outlet.

If Management listens to its shareholders, the stock price of NURO will quickly reach par and get back into compliance with NASDAQ and the company will not have to do a dreaded reverse stock split. GLTA

  • Kudos to the Neurometrix Management team for keeping all current and perspective New shareholders informed as to the progress of their New Quell Pain Relief Device, The PR's are a great way the advertise and promote the Quell device as well as attract new investors to NURO's undervalued stock.

With 81% of Study participants reporting significant improvement in Chronic Pain and Overall Health and 67% reporting a reduction in their pain medications, that itself is a Win, Win for society, anything that reduces the dependence on the dreaded opiates and benzodiazepines is positive for mankind.

Patients reported pain relief and a reduction in interference with sleep, greater physical activities and improvement in their walking ability. People suffering with severe sciatic nerve pain, diabetic neuropathy, arthritis, fibromyalgia and back injuries who would otherwise be bed ridden or wheel chair bound can now lead more active and productive lives.
