Longer term you might be right. But consider where this stock was prior to the offer and think for a moment where the stock would be if the offer hadnt come when it did. This stock was headed back to single digits.

The pipeline and current suite of products is strong, however, its not reflected in the revenue growth.

I think $20 is more than fair considering the current market conditions. If the offer is pulled or the board rejects it; this stock will suffer a swift and immediate 30+ percent haircut.

Sometimes you gotta just take what you can get.

Prior to the bid, the stock was hoovering right around the 2007 IPO price. So really, the stock has done nothing for seven years. The offer is fair and most likely will not be increased.

    Sentiment: Hold

Unlikely. This company has some good products but the revenue growth has been apathetic. Whos gonna start a bidding war for a company growing at a single digit clip? $20 is all shes gonna get. Take it and go!
