What ever happens, never forget that Russia is indeed communist---so the gloves are off
I am still unsure about buying SDRL Some SA articles are pretty positive on buying
From Seeking Alpha:
Apple reported a record $13.3 billion in cash flow from operations in the September quarter.
In our original article, we noted that Apple's FCF remained at $48.10 billion, with FCF yield standing at 8.15%.
Our target price of $160 for Apple based on an FCF yield of 5% is definitely attainable in the medium term.
Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) reported fourth quarter revenue of $42.1 billion and EPS of $1.42, beating analysts' estimate of approximately $40 billion and $1.31 respectively. Revenue increased 12.4% year-on-year while EPS increased a whopping 20% year-on-year. Net profit came in at $8.5 billion, which was helped by strong iPhone 6 sales, hitting 39.3 million. Apple was able to sell its new iPhones only for 10 days during the fourth quarter that ended 30 September. However, Apple's iPad sales were a bit disappointing, which recorded 6% negative growth year-on-year. The company sold 12.3 million iPads, compared to 13.1 million a year earlier.
The tech giant provided its fiscal 2015 first quarter revenue guidance of $63.5 - $66.5 billion. Luca Maestri, Apple's CFO, said, "Our strong business performance drove EPS growth of 20 percent and a record $13.3 billion in cash flow from operations in the September quarter. We continued to execute aggressively against our capital return program, spending over $20 billion in the quarter and bringing cumulative returns to $94 billion." In our original article, we noted that Apple's FCF remained at $48.10 billion, with FCF yield standing at 8.15%. A $13.3 billion in cash flow from operations in the fourth quarter, coupled with the upcoming holiday sales next quarter would make the FCF yield even more attractive.
Apple's fourth quarter iPhone revenue (56% of total revenue) increased 21% year-on-year to $23.7 billion, after growing 9% in the third quarter. Earlier we said that Apple's iPhone sales could rise to the highest level since iPhones were first introduced seven years ago.
WOW guys apple is helping my portfolio--big time
Up 5K for the day
Still not back to even but this is a hell of a good start
I am not sure that the smoke is clear to buy SDRL
Thanks for the coal report--very good to rethink why we own it--ARLP has been under water for me for the past quarter
As for coals future with such an abundance of it is it a shame to kill kind coal--we need to use more not less
Dunno if we will ever be aloud to burn coal again in the USA. politics is killing coal--Perhaps November will offer us a change--and may be a Keystone pipe line.. So Sorry I do not wish to offend any one
But I am in a loss position in ARLP and would like to have it green again
KMI is positive for me and EQM is back above $87--I like it a lot and have 300 shares
Best to all and again please no one attack me for my stance on coal
