This Thursday 8/20 @ 11:00 will be the C.C.. For the last C.C. there were only 2 different people including myself who called in (I called twice). It would be nice if we shareholders participate and ask Ma & Beecher the same questions we pose on this message board. If you need a question to ask may I suggest you review some on thesmalls posts
With a little over one hour left in the session ZERO (0) shares have traded. This might be the first day that no shares have traded save weekends and holidays. Could this be the quiet before the storm--earnings in around 2 weeks.
I agree wholehardedly with your post. A conference call every three months doesn't quite cut it. Management shows no respect for shareholders. Updates on a regular basis should be the rule. Management should remember that they have a blog.
When did Beecher buy and how many shares? There's 35,000 shares bidding @ 17 cents. I wonder if that's an insider?
I think we all agree of the lack of transeparacy of management. After hearing the numbers of derferred revenue (22.5m) and the cash generated from GEHC, I am more optimistic about the company then I've ever been. I still believe EECP is still in play. The urgency to sell is no longer great because of other means on revenue. There was also an increase in sales Q1 2015 vs. Q1 2014. With Netwolves we are enhancing our I.T. segment (I hope) and generating lots of revenue beginning in Q2. I believe Vaso will begin to be profitable in upcoming quarters and not just Q4. May I also suggest that those going to shareholder meeting try being civil and not put management on the defense. We shouldn't cut off our nose to spite our face. After all if management's stategy is successful we will be rewarded and if not what could we do besides divest our shares
While reviewing Q1 statement I noticed that there was a operating loss of 355 thousand for the newly established I.T. segment and a total loss for the Q1 of 252 thousand. When the bookings from I.T. are realized in Q2 and future quarters along with revenues generated from Netwolves and VSK I believe we have a good shot at turning profitable for all quarters. Am I a dreamer or realist?
It would be nice to see Castle & Lieberman show their enthusiasm for the new Vaso by taking some of that Netwolves money and doing some insider purchase of Vaso shares.
