not following this thread....jzm is stating positives for netlist.....and you are asking did google let nlst pick and choose? are you saying google had evidence removed? are you talking about the modules in their servers that were infringing on nlst ip?
thank you. who filed the motions? interesting these motions/information is only heard by the judge not the jury because it could prejudice the jury. If it was to exclude was it filed by diablo?
thats the one I saw...I have to admit I wondered who he was when I watched it earlier and got distracted and pulled away from the computer...thank you for researching and sharing. Wow! I am having visions..good ones!
thats where I saw the interview...thanks ed....
this scenario would make all of this so worth it. OMG sndk would get killed! I would love it! Do you hear it silver lake, smart ,diablo, dell, google and sndk? For whom do the bells toll for?
sure seems like it cherk..part about it being intentional on diablos's part. So netlist had problems from the get go with diablo, then silver lake buys out dell then smart and diablo ends up hooking up with basically silver lake. I wish silver lake could be brought into all this litigation. They are at the heart of it all.
must have been really difficult for the guy from netlist to sit and be interviewed with the guy from smart....can't find the interview now...
silver lake has been trying to rub out netlist all along...#$%$ of the Earth!
will sndk need to cover costs to all these oems for money spent qualifying their products...jzm and la pip keep saying how nlst had to reimburse ibm,hp for qualification costs since sales of hyper cloud were much less than expected. One also wonders if sales were hindered by oems waiting for the ultradimm?
Hey check. I read an article the other day. I believe it was somewhere on yahoo. It stated that one would think a technology company would spend lots of money on r and d but it stated that most do not. I have to find it again. It seems that netlist is among the few that have. It takes that much money to come up with innovative game changing technology. It delays the instant gratification that a ceo and shareholders of course want and it especially does when others try and profit on the back of blood, sweat and tears put into just that-game changing technology.
none of them mention netlist. One article by mohr says that sndk has become a cult stock. That its owners/shareholders will come and defend it . It states that they last a big customer. Cramer in another article states that their products are being rejected. But no mention of ultradimm or netlist. Now you see how crooked these writers/analysts/manipulators are. How relevant is this news of injunction on ultradimm? VERY relevant!
