just told me on the phone netlist will be reporting both qrtly and annual by the end of march. Most likely they will announce the date within the week.

why do u think net list is selling their product through IBM? IBM is on the cutting edge with finding new technologies and they are commercializing netlist's IP. IBM is the cream of the crop.

how can you be a patent troll if you filed the patent first and your guys came up with the idea? its not about stifling innovation as google states.....its about not allowing someone ( a small company) to profit from their innovation. Google was never planning on selling it just using it because they know they don't own it.

everyone here knows that....they are just taking advantage thinking that the low share price is indicative of the future or success of their product at least those members of this board that are saying net list is going to go bankrupt. i own a lot of shares down here and can't wait for the next year to unfold.

how come you didn't? Didn't give details just how the acquisition will make them a full service company. Completes the circle. 6 to 10 weeks to finalize.
